This privately owned, stylish, updated condo offers 1 king br/ 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 1 full bath w/shower/tub combo, generous living/dining space and full kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Perfect for a small family or couples getaway! The Palace Resort offers wonderful amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, gym, direct beach access, onsite seasonal restaurant, ice-cream shop and more. Close to the airport and many popular Myrtle Beach tourist attractions. This property has an attached parking garage that is free to our guests w/provided parking passes. The parking garage entryway clearance is 6'8". * Please note we are a privately owned and managed property at The Palace Resort and do not offer free passes to The Landmark Hotel Waterpark at this time *

Room was nice. Was a little disappointed with the amenities. You have more in hotels. It was a little awkward getting to your car. Outside elevator in garage and then you had to go to ground floor through the lobby and take another elevator to your room. The instructions for everything are a blunt.

Great place!

Beautifully decorated condo! Had bath towels, some paper towels, hand soap and dish soap, all the kitchen utensils you would need and some cleaning supplies. There is a closet full of beach toys and chairs to use! I would recommend including the parking garage clearance of 6' 8" in the info section! The parking garage is 5 levels and has its own elevator. You have to then go into the resort and take that elevator to the room. Indoor section of the pool is so tiny and the outdoor hot tubs were actually too hot to sit in and enjoy. Icecream across the street but you will leave smelling like fried foods.

Overall impression of this unit was that it was nicely decorated with a great view of the ocean. However, it was pretty small and not very clean. Had to clean every utensil, plate & pan that we used. The couch pillows were dirty and the shower curtain so covered in mold that we took it down. The bathroom was definitely not big enough for a family of 4. The building was a bit outdated and not in a very safe location with no decent walkable restaurants.

The host left very detailed information and was in contact multiple times in advance. The room was as described and we were very happy with the amount of toiletries, towels, coffee, etc,.. provided.

Beach front condo

The condo was bright and airy. Excellent location and having beach chairs was a bonus! Communication was great with the owner. We had a fun long weekend!

Property very nicely decorated and great amenities. Beautiful view of the beach and easily accessible. We appreciated the parking garage onsite and 24-hour security. Easy walking distance to grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Families 1st Out Of State Vacation

This was My Family’s 1st vacation out of New England. We stayed for 6 nights. The condo was a perfect size for my family of 4. Having a full kitchen and grocery stores within walking distance made lunches for the beach and dinners at night very convenient for our family. Many restaurants, stores, etc. within walking distance. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony, perfect for soaking in the moment. Only a few steps right to the sand for a wonderful morning beach walk.

Excellent Stay!

Our first trip to Myrtle beach! The room was perfect for our family of 4! The hosts provided beach chairs, beach toys, and coolers. The kitchen was full of plates, mugs, pots, pans and utensils, so you didn’t need to worry about a thing! Our room was very clean.I really appreciated the detailed check in and check out process, you never had to guess what to do because everything was already written out for you! We had a great time!

Great Stay!

Very clean! Everything provided in the kitchen. Right off the beach. King size bed very comfortable. Only complaint is the pull out couch isn’t that comfortable. But wonderful stay.

Great Place To Stay

I use VRBO alot. I have to say this was one of the best stays I have experienced. The place is optimally located for shopping, restaurants, and beach activities. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed to bring in the New Year. I will definitely be returning! And, let me not forget the communication with the owner was excellent!

Family vacation

My family loved everything about this place. My two little girls ages 7, and 4 spent hours inside of the pool. Location is close drive to broadway at the beach. If I would have to pick one thing wrong it would be the overpowering smell of weed when trying to relax at the pool and sometimes even at night you could smell it inside when watching tv. I would highly recommend this place I cant wait to go back again.
