Hi,
My name is Dak, my wife Savannah and live here in the smokey mountains. About 2 years ago we dropped everything, sold everything, and headed out to the smokeys to build a treehouse. Ever since I was young, my dad and I have dreamed of one day building something like this and we finally did it. My wife, mom, dad and I built everything from the foundation to the finishing details and hope you love our treehouse as much as we do.

We are so excited for you to come and experience this passion of ours! It was a year and a half ago that my Dad (a lifetime Disney artist) and I (a lover of home design and architecture) embarked on this journey to build the first ever mega treehouse. We decided to put our all into this and soon realized that being kids at heart, we wouldn’t know when to stop. This led to us thinking through every single detail aiming to achieve more and more jaw dropping features in every space day after day. Every inch of our treehouse was created by my dad, my mom, my wife, and myself — from the design to the handcrafted spiral staircases built from trees from the very forest surrounding us.

This treehouse is not just something exciting to experience but it is also extremely luxurious. We sourced the highest quality products for each of our suites, including comfortable memory foam mattresses, state of the art appliances and beautiful bathroom features. Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding woods, the rooms and bathrooms are accented with handcrafted tables and features, made from natural products found locally in Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Also, since the whole house is smart; turning off lights, opening doors, and even setting moods for movie nights or barbecues is just a "Hey Siri" away. Each room features a list of commands displayed and ready for you to use to experience the ingenuity of this treehouse.
