✔ This apartment is located on the 2nd or 3rd floor accessible via a lift and stairs.
✔ Please contact us one hour before arrival so your host can welcome you.
✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (No check-in after 9:00 PM)
✔ Check-out time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Strictly upon request only!)
✔ There is a parking fee of $15 a day paid upon arrival.
Please only park in your assigned space. **You will be towed at your own expense if you don’t.
✔ Pets are welcome for a fee of $500 where $250 will be a refundable deposit.

Other things to note
✔ As we are a vacation rental company and not a hotel- we do not provide daily services such as cleaning, meals, room services, 24 hours front desk, and other hotel services.
✔Loud noise will not be tolerated and you may be forced to leave the property without a refund. Please respect other guests and residents at the property.
✔ There is a strict no-smoking policy and you may be subject to a $200 fee and immediate evacuation without a refund.
✔ We don't allow loud music or noise at any time!
✔ We don't allow any parties, events or any type of gathering!
✔ We don't allow drinks, food or any type of glass at the pool!
✔ Central air conditioning and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ Please note that swimming is at your own risk.
✔ Daily cleaning is available upon request and an extra fee will apply.
