For vacation or business, this 1500SF 3-bedroom one bath lower apartment affords both. There is a dedicated office area adjacent to the common living/dining room (and upon request, a treadmill is available for extended stays). 50" LG TV in common area, 40" Aquos in Bdrm 1, 32" Aquos in Bdrm 2, and monitor in the office area (Youtube TV on Firesticks and Roku or use your portable devices). WIFI sufficient for all your needs. Furnace, zoned heating and a/c, in addition to a remote controlled gas fireplace will keep you comfortable in any season. A fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub/shower, combination safe and private backyard deck (off bedroom2’s secure sliding glass door) will enhance your stay. Off street front parking pad, keyless entry, and security cam at front entry (additional free street parking is also available).

Great stay

We had a wonderful time exploring Buffalo and a major part of that was having a very comfortable place to stay and refresh. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and accomodating. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone coming to the Buffalo area.

A Great Stay in a Cool Buffalo Borough!

The flat was a great place to stay for our Buffalo trip to view the Great American Eclipse! Kevin was very responsive if we had questions and the flat was cozy and nice to come back to after our excursions elsewhere in Buffalo, Toronto, and Niagara. The coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance were lovely too. We’d love to stay again on a return visit!

This was a great place to stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is great, on a pretty street just a short walk from the coffee shops, restaurants, and other small businesses on Hertel Avenue. Communication from Kev was friendly and helpful. Outstanding host and location!

We were in town for a wedding and Kev was able to accommodate an early check in and he even offered a later check out for us! He was quick to respond to any questions I had . The location was immaculate and centrally located. I would highly recommend!!!

Wish we would have stayed longer!

Kev's flat is amazing. It's in the nicest little neighborhood that's within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, coffee and more. The description is completely accurate and the space exceeds expectations. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless and it had everything that we could possibly need. My teens loved it and I wish we would have booked a longer stay!

This neighborhood and house has been mine for the last 40 years. It is a comfortable and convenient place to use as your home base as you explore all that Buffalo provides. Whether you walk down the block for Hertel shopping/dining or stroll further to see local landmarks or Delaware Park, you'll only be minutes away when return for a refresher. Downtown landmarks are close by car and Niagara Falls is a 30 minute drive North. Bus routes are also a possible alternative (on Hertel and Colvin Avenues).
