The bathroom shower did not work and 6 of us had to use one shower. We were there for a funeral and the last thing that we wanted was something like this. I informed the owner who messaged me that I should pull the screw and water would start whereas the whole piece wad way pushed in. Of course we did not have a tool box. It was frustrating and the owner did not do anything to fix it or even offer a discount. In kitchen everything was just thrown in the drawers and it was hard to find anything. A few of the table lamps did not work.

The property met all our needs to host a family baby shower. There was some confusion about accessing the property because a code to unlock the door was not sent. Before contacting the host at about 4:15, on a whim, we tried the door. It was unlocked. We weren't notified that the door would be unlocked.

A lovely home!

What a nice house. It's not too small, but not too big either. It's a great house for small events, of which I had a birthday party here. There were people outback at the fire pit, people in the living room playing video games, people at the dining table playing card games, and people in the garage playing pool. It was such a nice way to celebrate my 30th. The house is very clean and organized, decorated nicely and minimally, comfy cozy beds and couch, nice bathrooms, tidy yard. Highly recommend!

Very good

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery shopping! Bunk beds are pretty squeaky, noisy so if you or your kids are light sleepers might want to switch out for king bed! Bathrooms are small but decent. Cleanliness of property was average, we found old water bottles and linens washed with floor mats! Needless to say we didnt use that.

Lavender Lane Stay

Our stay here was great. The kitchen is stocked well and the beds are comfy. Could have been a little cleaner. The floors seemed kind of dusty but other than that the place was clean.

Family gathering

The house was perfect for our group. The location, cleanliness, comfy living room and beds. The weather was under 100! Pool table and pet friendly a bonus. James quickly responded to all of my communication. Extremely pleased, will definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Perfect for family

Received great feedback from friends who visited Arizona. They are now family. They talked about how they enjoyed the house and how perfect it was to rest before the new school year. This family had a busy Summer. Highly recommend this home!

First Birthday Family Getaway!

My second time staying here. I love this location it’s in walking distance to everything you need and want. The property is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The cleaning personnel could do a little better job. Overall this is a very nice and reasonably home to stay in. A. Brewer, Texarkana, Tx.

Great location, nice vibe

Everything was as described. This home is very well equipped to cook up some nice dinners. Location is great close to shopping etc. we thoroughly enjoyed the Troon Foothills course, a short drive from the property. We also walked the trails at the South Mountain Park with our pooch, lovely trails.

Clean and quiet!

Came with family for a couple day stay for Spring Training. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood! The only thing that I’d have to mention is the listing states that the house sleeps 10, and has a queen, king,1 set of bunk bends and 2 futons. There were no futons. My son and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top, which could easily sleep 3 kids. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. So I would say this house comfortably sleeps 6. Would definitely stay again with less people! :)
