Welcome to our stunning vacation rental villa in Anguilla! Perched on top of a cliff 100 feet from the waterline on a 2 acre lot with spectacular unobstructed oceanfront views, our unique contemporary design villa offer a luxurious retreat and a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be struck by the open-concept layout and modern décor. The living room features comfortable brand new designer sofas, a flat-screen TV, and all around sliding glass doors that open onto the deck and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to cook up delicious meals during your stay.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The other three bedrooms are equally spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms is a newly renovated separate studio unit with its own kitchen, living area and bathroom.

Step outside to the patio and take a dip in the new natural green slate pool, soak in the heated jacuzzi, or relax on one of the comfortable loungers while enjoying the warm sunshine. The outdoor dining area is the perfect spot for open air meals, and the gas grill makes it easy to cook up a feast. The villa is a 3 minute drive from the fishermen pier in the village of Island Harbour, where you can buy fresh fish or lobster direct from the boat.

Support sustainable travel and stay at our green, whole house solar powered villa. The newly installed full reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen enables our guests to drink safely direct from the tap and avoid buying expensive and wasteful water bottles.

If you want to explore, there are multiple hiking trails outside our door. The villa is a 20-25 minute walk (5 mins drive) from the beach, where you can swim, snorkel, or just relax on the perfect Anguilla sand. If you're feeling adventurous, the island offers plenty of water sports and activities to try, including kayaking, parasailing, deep-sea fishing and more.
