Your Catskills Area adventure awaits in this brand new riverfront cabin. Great location for fly fishing the East Branch Delaware River! Or if you prefer a romantic getaway, this is your place...

This 2 bed 1 bath cabin is steps from the river with beautiful mountain views. The home has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a queen size bed. 3 new flat screen TV's, a washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could need.

This cabin comes complete with everything, brand new appliances in the kitchen and new pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, as well as fully stocked linen closet with extra bedding, and towels.

Located just 2 hours from the GWB, 20 minutes to Roscoe and 10 minutes to Hancock. Easy on and off of Rt 17

Please be aware that the cabin is located right by a Route 17 overpass but don't let that fool you, the cabin is beautiful, relaxing and quieter inside.

**** During the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended as the driveway is steep ****

Father’s Day Getaway

Was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband and son. Fishing right next to the cabin was just a dream ! The water was beautiful. The cabin is beautiful and clean. Rachel was so sweet and easy to contact. Besides the cabin being very close to a main highway ( more campfire noise issue than safety) it was a perfect weekend and we will be back !

East Branch of Delaware Ricer Cabin

Very nice cabin right on the river. Perfect for fishing or local rivers. Accommodations really nice however upstairs sleeping loft and steep stairs access is very tight for large adult.

Perfect location

We stayed for 3 days to fly fish. Awesome location for fishing as its private land at the cabin so nobody else to deal with. Eastern branch is tough fishing. The cabin couldn't be more perfect!!! Very clean.

Lovely fall getaway

Came up to the cabin because i wanted to disconnect and focus on writing for a few days. When i was planning my trip, the property owners were super friendly and responsive. When i checked in the cabin was incredibly clean. The cabin itself is small and cozy without feeling cramped. It’w right by the river and the views are beautiful. I had a great experience snd hope to come back next year.

Weekend Getaway

Property was very clean and well-stocked with all the basics. Additional nice touches of lotions, loofah pad, etc. to make it seem like a spa getaway. My son and I stayed for the weekend to go to concerts at Bethel Woods. It worked out perfectly! I would definitely stay again!

Awesome "tiny' cabin!

This cabin is spotless, cutely decorated, very well stocked with anything you might need. It's exactly like the pictures. The hosts are lovely. Location great for fishing. Come & see for yourself! We'll definitely be back.

Nice people

Unfortunately due to an unexpected illness after attending an unexpected wake, my wife and I could not make it to the cabin. As we both appreciate the weekend adjustment, we wanted to thank Rachel and John for their help. We hope to rent the cabin in the near future for a well needed time away. Happy New Year.

River Bend Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this first rate residence. Everything was brand new & comfortable. Rachel replied immediately to just a few questions we had. We look forward to visiting again for our next fishing trip to the upper Delaware River region. Thank you Rachel.

The whole process was easy . The cabin is immaculate and well appointed . Everything you might need was there . Location is centrally located to fish all the Upper Delaware rivers . Rachel was fantastic . Did everything to make my stay perfect !

Lovely stay at the cabin

We loved our stay at the tiny house cabin. It was so clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The farm fresh eggs were delicious! The boys enjoyed the loft like their own special tree house! They loved throwing rocks into the river. It was a perfect spot to reconnect with family. Everything was very comfortable and cozy. A great spot to relax and unwind. We’ll be back!

Cabin on the bend

The property was well maintained. a little noisy being close to the road. The weather put a damper on our campfire nights..but all was priovided. The upstairs loft was tough to get to and move around even for as smaller person , which I am not. We enjoyed the area and will return in the fall.

The Cozy Cabin

Rachel and Jon were the perfect hosts. They were quick to answer any questions I had. The cabin was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil I needed to make a meal. The bathroom even came with single use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a loofa and facial bar! The cabin was quiet with a very comfortable bed. This cabin also came with a fully stocked coffee bar and games to play. I very safe at this cabin, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains and the Deleware River. Thank you Rachel and Jon, I can’t wait to book with you again!

Fishing stay

Everything about the cabin was perfect. A buddy and I planned a a Father’s Day fishing trip, and this was our first time to the area. We’ve done other trips, where the accommodations were basic to say the least. Not here though - this felt like a home. Every necessity was there, but even more, the small touches made it perfect. We really only needed a place to sleep and shower, as most of our time is usually spent fishing. However, we left the river earlier than we normally would, because our cabin was a place we could actually enjoy, and relax. Rachel was so kind, and it shows that she wants those who stay to enjoy their time. On the ride back to Boston, we were already planning on how we can make it happen again next year. If we do - this location will be our only choice. I just hope the secret doesn’t get out…

Charming little place

My partner works in the area and I travel from Cincinnati to see him. We decided to rent this cabin instead of getting a hotel like we typically do. The cabin is very charming and extremely clean. We were impressed with all of the little details like gourmet coffee creamers, a cooler, and nice toiletries, including makeup remover wipes for the ladies. We really enjoyed having a fire at night and seeing the beautiful stars and utilizing the grill. The only negative that I could say about this property is the noisy bridge that sits in front of it. We knew there was a bridge near the property but thought that it was on a country road, however it is a main highway. Other than that we felt the property was very comfortable, nicely decorated, very charming, and we enjoyed staying there or over a hotel. We would definitely book this cabin again.
