The house was just the right size. And the location was perfect. We could walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet . I would definitely book again

Loved this house and the neighborhood. We stayed for 7 days and we all had a great time. It was clean, airy, so much room and the way the house was set up, we all had plenty of room.

7 adults and,2 kids, plenty of room. Very little traffic in front of the house. Nice and quiet. Water pressure was good and,hot water was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home Wonderful Hosts

From beginning to end this stay was one of the highlights of coming to Bethany Beach for almost 30 years. The host was quick to reply, accommodating, kind & helpful with suggestions. The home is so very pretty & nicely decorated. The paint job makes it so airy & beachy. Beds were comfortable and all appliances and plumbing worked great! Would definitely rebook with this host!

This place felt like home right away. Each kid had their own room; they loved it. Love all the space. They name the room behind the kitchen the "the jungle room". Great location, the neighborhood felt friendly. The neighbors were welcoming. Easy to communicate with host. We stayed one week and had no issues what's so ever. My wife would of prefer that the master bed would have a private bathroom. But other than that, GREAT GREAT home to stay at. Love it.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is in a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to many shops and restaurants. It was a nice walk or trolley ride to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and an easy bike ride to the beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication and responses from owners. Loved the sun room, comfy couches, high quality dishwasher and washing machine, and outdoor shower. Easy bike to the beach for us and great to have parking pass for grandma!

Great Week with the Family

Comminications from the owners was wonderful. Property was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family to spend some fun time down in Bethany. The street and neighborhood were lovely. Such a nice community, with lots to do and kind neighbors/renters etc.

Relaxing vacation

The house was a great size and had a nice layout for our family of 5! Convenient access to the boardwalk, food and the beach. The parking pass was an added bonus. Great communication between us and the property owner. We would book here again!

Great house and location

This house was great for our family! Four bedrooms, two baths and the outdoor shower was perfect coming in from the beach. You can walk right into town to the shops and playground. The closed in porch was perfect for meals. The owners were always in communication. Will definitely book again for next year!

Fun with friends

We loved the pool it was not crowded and clean showers/bathrooms. The pool staff courteous and friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood short drive or bike ride to the beach. Lots of shopping near the boardwalk.

Serenity at the beach

We had a wonderful time in this house in Bethany West. The neighborhood is tranquil, and the community pool and a small agglomeration of restaurants and shops are all a very easy walk. The septuagenarians in the family walked to the beach several times, but it was too far for the five-year-old in our party. We never had trouble finding parking at the beach with our resident's pass, though. The house itself is well-suited to a family, or even two small families, with bedrooms in each of the four corners and a great room, dining area and small kitchen in the middle. Each pair of bedrooms has a bathroom. When we ate "at home", we usually used the screened porch that's off the back. There is lots of parking. Everything worked, and there are even three TVs, excellent 5G internet, and a smart speaker. (Alexa! Weather!) This is a nice place to stay.

Can't wait to return!

This was one of the best family vacations we have had. The location was perfect; each morning I started out with a 1-mile run to the ocean, and a nice walk back to Wawa to get a cup of coffee. Endless hours on the beach - the parking permit helped us a ton! Great restaurants within walking distance (try the pizza at DiFebo's Market! and the dinner at their restaurant!). The owners were communicative and so nice. We were supposed to have others join us on our week stay, but they were exposed to Covid so it was just the 4 of us for the week. Ample space - we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms. Next year we are returning with another family of 4 and will have plenty of space still. I miss it already!

Beach Week

The house was spacious which allowed us to spread out during our stay. The two full baths were appreciated. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was available. We found the walk to the beach to be doable. There was ample off-road parking for our three vehicles. This was a wonderful rental.

35th Annual Mother/Daughter Beach Trip

My mother and her 6 daughters have been taking an annual beach trip for 35 years. This was our first stay at Chris and Joanie's beach cottage. We had a wonderful week and absolutely loved their place! Spacious and very accommodating for all of us. Excellent location and convenient to restaurants, shops, beach, and pool. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Chris and Joanie were very kind and responsive to any of our questions and/or needs. Thank you both, again, for a fabulous week! We will be back :-)

Quiet,Tree Shaded Canopy Cottage

Very quiet, family oriented street. Great tree canopy overhead for hot afternoon relaxing. Lots of birds singing in the trees above and shrubbery was in bloom with flowers. Wooden sidewalk was great with the family to keep stuff outside that needs to stay there. Coffee shop 1/2 block away on the corner. Good interior floor layout plan for an multi-generational getaway. Outdoor shower had hot and cold water for showering off the sand & surf. Large parking away. We had Two mid sized cars and a large 4x4 truck parked easily in a row. Only 5 minute drive straight ahead to Bethany Boardwalk and beach or 10 minutes north or south to Delaware State Park Beaches on Rt 1. All the beaches were great & clean with lifeguards and bathhouses. People were all freindly in and around the town. Food was great on the Boardwalk and crab houses nearby. Lots of roadside Fresh produce stands everywhere. Hockers Grocery store was well stocked with all our needs and then some. Great grocery store for family needs. Trolley ride was fun for the grandchildren and adult children in the evening to the boadwalk for ice cream. Only a quarter each way. You must a a quarter-no change given on the trolley.

Good time

The rental process was quite easy. The property was just as listed. Plenty of room for family of four. Kids loved the closeness to the pool and beach. Property well stocked with essentials which we just replaced what we used. Would recommend to other families!! Bethany I'd great location for family trips.
