This home features a large deck, great for entertaining and relaxing. A private double slip dock with boathouse offers deepwater lake access for fishing, swimming and boating. An ideal, all-season retreat, enjoy easy access to fishing/hiking/kayaking. Enjoy s'mores by the fire pit and unwind with your favorite drink on the deck while taking in the sunsets.

Perfect place for spring break!

This house is beautiful and right on the water. We spent most of our time on the beautiful dock. This house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, clean!

We loved our stay at this lake house! The view was beautiful, the house was clean and well stocked, and the owner was very quick to respond if we had an issue. We were a short drive away from restaurants and stores if needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Over all, we would definitely rebook at this property!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Clean, beautifully decorated, lots of room and many extras not anticipated. We entertained up to 10 family and friends and everyone was impressed with Sunset Hideaway view from the deck. Looked like heaven. You will not be disappointed.

Sunsets were beautiful, we had plenty of space & enjoyed the porch and dock. Victoria was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped, and we used the grill one night. Stairs took some getting used to, but worth the effort!

Relaxing and Quiet Getaway

We stayed for a few days, just to get away. The view was beautiful and the house is well stocked with everything needed. There was plenty of space and would be great for a large group. If we get back to the area, this will be where we stay.

Easter family weekend

The property is nice and my granchildren loved it. The steps to get to the dock and backup was a bit much for my husband and me, but our physical shape is not what is was 10 years ago. .Our children and grandchildren liked the place very much and that is enough for us.

Annual Lake Trip

This property is AMAZING. The house was very clean and spacious. The views were beautiful. My family will be staying here again. My 8 yr old granddaughter said this was the best lake trip ever. Victoria was very responsive and accommodating. The house was very well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation.

Amazing view!!

Beautiful home and an amazing lake view! We really enjoyed sitting on dock watching the sunset each evening! The home was very clean and spacious. The host was vey responsive at check in and out time! Would highly recommend this property!!! I will definitely be back!!

Perfect Lake retreat!

Everything was beyond expectations. I forgot to leave a review in the guest book but there were 6 guys there for a fishing trip and it was the perfect place for us. Great location on the lake, off the beaten path but not far from town. Plenty of room for the guys and nice parking for boats. We travel together 3 times a year and making sure each of us has our own bed and there is good parking for our boats is the most important part of finding the right place. Thanks so much for having the Perfect Lake Retreat for us. Danny

Wedding weekend

What a beautiful home and beautiful view! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our large family to get together and celebrate my sons wedding weekend. There was plenty of room/space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was so clean. We had good luck catching a few bass too :):) The host was always available for questions and was quick to respond. We are happy to have made memories here!

Beautiful view of the lake

Besides the beautiful view, this home was immaculate! Hard to find in most lake homes. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. (We brought a pop up canopy for the dock and I would suggest you do the same, since there is no cover.). Open floor plan was perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture etc. Basement level was nice, but Beware of the stairs getting down there. Not your standard staircase. Slow and easy wins the race. We all had a wonderful time!

A perfect getaway

We chose the Sunset Hideaway for a midpoint meeting place between Georgia & Louisiana for dear friends to meet up for a weekend. We could not have picked a more perfect spot! Victoria was an absolutely perfect hostess with great communication and even a few treats when we arrived. :) The house was so clean and well laid out. We had ample space for all. We enjoyed every second, from cooking for the crew together in the well equipped kitchen, making s’mores over the fire pit, playing games in the dining area, and kayaking with my Godson (a memorable outing!) Every one of us hated to leave. The teens enjoyed it as much as the adults. Mission accomplished! We are already talking about planning our next stay when we can carve out more time!
