Nice stay in Olde City (again)
This is my third time renting from Havana Lofts - twice with family and this time with a friend. I lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and I always like to stay back in the neighborhood when I come to Philadelphia.
The apartment is well located in Olde City close to restaurants and shops. It is also close to the historic visitor sights. There's a nice cafe downstairs (Torchwood) and others are just a few mintues walk. Havana was accommodating with a slight change in our stay as well which we appreciated. There was a small challenge this time in the payment process but this was temporary as they were converting to a new credit card processor. We may be renting again from Havana Lofts very soon and it should be resolved by then. Otherwise the apartment is just as I remember - clean and well kept. The stairs to the apartment will keep you fit - caution to anyone with mobility issues.
We would rent from Havana again.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was bare bones only necessities. Which worked for us. Getting into the apartment was difficult as the code was incorrect. We were told there was on-site security but there was no security. Our first night was quiet and lovely. Our second night was disrupted by a group renting the upstairs apartment for the night to party. They arrived in an uber and left in one too. They were clearly smoling weed as our apartment filled with smoke, moved furniture over our heads til 3 am etc. There is a nursery school on the first floor and everyone there was lovely. It was unfortunate that the second night was like that. We loved the cafe and the market near by.
