Cozy 3 Bedroom Home next to the Clearwater River.

Cozy home only 5 minutes from town. Home is less than one minute from the river and only 17 minutes from Dworshak Dam. Convenient for any outdoorsman attraction such as fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, rafting, floating and more. Home sits on 1.3 acres so plenty of room for your pets to run or even park your boat, camper and trailer. Did I mention there is an attached 2 car garage? Back yard is currently being upgraded to bring you a fire pit and outdoor sitting area. If you need anything specific for your special stay, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will try to accommodate any needs with in reason.

Our host was helpful and directions were very clear. House was in ideal location, a few minutes from downtown and at the end of a quiet dead end street. The house was comfortable, well maintained, and well stocked. and our two yorkies and us loved the fenced yard and great area to walk them without taking them onto a busy street.

Wonderful home and location!!

This property was outstanding! The house was even better than expected and the amenities were better than any VRBO we've stayed at before. The location was wonderful and there was plenty of space for the whole family and our furbabies. We will definitely be staying here again!

Property was nice and clean. Property served as a base camp for our hunting trip. Beds were comfortable and it's always nice to get a hot shower at the end of the day! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for State Baseball 2023. Best experience and just the right distance to the what we needed and the Ball Diamond. Perfect spot and so quiet.

Very cute!

Check in was easy, they sebr door code and that was it. Kitchen was small but clean and well apointed as advertised. Great fenced back yard. Nice house. It would be great if the bathroom with a tub also had a shower, but that was detailed in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

It was so peaceful! You are far enough off the road where you don’t have to bother with traffic yet close enough to town for whatever your needs may be. We will hopefully be staying again soon!

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the back yard. The place was clean and comfortable. On a side note the power went out due to a fire and there were no flashlights or candles in the house.

We traveled with the whole family. The house had plenty of room for everyone. It was extremely clean when we arrived. I was shocked by all of the amenities. The house even had spices and ziplock bags.

Great location and perfect size for my needs!

We were traveling to Orofino for a wedding, so naturally that means a lot of visiting, a gaggle of friends & family, organization of events, and of course the chill time. This house was the ideal size for that, and so adorable, not to mention the perfect location!! Holly and Erik were absolutely amazing hosts!! They are so kind and always responded to me immediately! They are definitely the hosts with the mosts!!
