This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor with ocean front balcony.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the ceiling to floor windows in the living room or step outside to the large covered balcony. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center, hot tub and direct beach access. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. Covered parking deck, free parking.
Condo is on the 20th floor
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

The place was so clean even the elevator smelled clean! Every conveniently was there. Very nicely decorated and all you needed was in.the kitchen! I lost my check in info and had to contact owner who very promptly got back to me without any seemingly imposition! Great stsy!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. Janet our host was easy to communicate with, the staff was very friendly. We loved our bed each night, was the most comfortable bed we have ever had! The condo was very clean and updated which made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to our next trip back to this wonderful condo and Myrtle Beach!

We have two separate incidents. Our check in time was 4 p.m we did not arrive till 7 p.m. During our arrival housekeeping was in process our room to clean while we trying to get in. Which should have been completed before check in time of 4 p.m. unacceptable. Then on the day before we left we got interrupted around 6 p.m before going out to dinner by housekeeping again. Housekeeping had a code and tried to enter our room while we were in the room. Luckily we had the safety door latch in place to stop the door from completely opening. I stopped the housekeeping who continued to argue with me that they were coming in to clean the sofa while we we were in the room! This is a security and privacy issue. The property management was dismissive of the issue. We were uncomfortable of staying out last night because the ability for housekeeping to enter the room! This was the worse beach experience to date after 30 plus years coming to Myrtle Beach! Tried to find a communication platform to owner which is not available only to the lousy property management who will most likely cover up this act of gross neglence.

View was the best part of this condo. Relatively clean and comfortable. Unit in dire need of refresh/paint that is not so dreary. Balcony chairs not as pictured. Parking a block away was inconvenient. Host was helpful and promptly solved any issues.

This was the best place we've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very well taken care of and the beds had very comfortable mattresses. The owners were very easy to work with. The elevators we the fastest of any resort we've ever stayed at.

Great check in and communication, however updates can be made. None of the tvs were smart tvs, the pull out mattress was very outdated and thin (and adult could not sleep on it) which I expect for the price to have those features. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and bulbs needed to be replaced in the lamps. The cleanliness was decent, a counter top was a little gritty and I found a sock and some trash under the pull out bed.

Birthday beach visit

The condo had a great view of the ocean and sunrise (sunset was overcast and rainy). Very communicative hostess, and clear instructions for checking in and checking out.

Perfect for us!

Cleanliness, location, quiet, comfortable bed mean everything to us; and we found it here! It was also quiet and has a spacious bathtub! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend and the view IS totally amazing!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience during my recent stay at the condo. From the moment I arrived, everything was just as advertised. The check-in process was incredibly seamless, making my arrival stress-free and enjoyable.The condo itself was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the stunning view from the balcony. It was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation.Overall, I had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everything!

Great stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights and found everything as described. It was perfect for the two us. It’s right in the heart of Myrtle Beach which made it easy access to all that we explored. Janet was easily accessible and had all information to us in plenty of time. I highly suggest the Segway tour of Huntington State Par and eating at Hook and Barrel.

Very nice stay

Beautiful location, prompt communication from host, clean, well stocked condo, great resort amenities.  A couple minor things but nothing that took away from our stay, (the doorwall seal and the bathroom fan need to be fixed). As with any rental, I recommend ear plugs and an eye mask.View is amazing, (LOVE the high floor!) and the beach is gorgeous. We miss Myrtle Beach already!
