We have parking for 3 vehicles. 2 in the covered carport, and 1 in the designated gravel parking area in front of the house.
Pets are allowed inside the home, not on furniture and beds. They MUST be crated when the house is vacant of people. Pick up animal droppings in yard.

Corey was always helpful, the house was perfect for my family. Everything you needed was there. My granddaughters loved the game room. My oldest granddaughter goes to LSU. We plan to rent it for Mckenna's graduation. This house will not disappoint. Thanks Corey!

This was the perfect place to stay for an LSU game weekend with our family. It was also great to be able to bring our dog with us. He loved the big back yard and we loved the comfortable beds, the ping pong tables, and the great neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the stadium. The host was also very kind and responsive. We will be back!

This house is the epitome of Southern Hospitality! The host had every possible amenity that you can think of to help you feel right at home. The house is in a great location and was very clean. We will definitely come back when in the area.

Wonderful property! Everything you need plus extras. Location was great for visits to LSU and surrounding events. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and a great back yard for our pup. One of if not the best VRBO we’ve visited.

LSU Graduation Weekend

Our extended family stayed at this home for our daughter's graduation. The location is perfect--in a beautiful neighborhood near campus. The host was excellent, and the residence was perfect! Travel tip: pack shampoo and shower gel or just add it to the list for your grocery run to Rouses. We enjoyed this so much more than if we had booked separate hotel rooms. Thank you!

Best Property in Baton Rouge

As a native of Baton Rouge who moved to Texas recently, I return frequently and have stayed in many rental properties around the city. This property by far is the most comfortable, cleanest, excellently maintained, and fantastic location of all. The outdoor area is absolutely delightful and was usable without the need to wipe off pollen or oak tassels as is common in other properties. Highly recommend this one!

Perfect location

The location of this home was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and around the lake. The communication was top notch as well as the hosts hospitality.

Spacious House

Everything was perfect and the house was very spacious. My teenage children enjoyed the ping pong table, connect 4 game, and corn hole game. The house provided a close location to LSU for my son's swim meet. The kitchen allowed us to prepare healthy meals and snacks for my swimmer's nutritional needs. Communication was spot on and the house was super clean. I will book again for future swim meets. Thanks so much! 5 stars!!

We loved our stay.

Thank you to the owner and amazing property manager of this home. My daughter (an LSU student) and I spent 9 days here while she underwent ACL reconstructive knee surgery. This home was our sanctuary throughout that time. We felt extremely safe and had all the creature comforts and practical amenities we needed. We felt very blessed to have this lovely house as we navigated the unexpected discomforts of surgery and recovery.

Amazing Stay

The house was in a great location. The only thing is they have a lot of traffic in the mornings and in the evening but it’s not too bad. Would definitely stay again. The property manager is amazing and was easy to deal with.

Spacious Property, Everybody gets a room!

This was out first VRBO stay, and we were quite pleased with the experience. The kids appreciated having their own rooms, and the ping pong table was great entertainment for the two of them (as well as Dad)! I wish the weather was better so we could enjoy the patio and back yard more than we did. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely consider staying again!

College Tour Time

The property was just as advertised. It's close enough to the campus to walk or ride bikes if you're visiting for Game Day vs battling traffic. All the amenities were comfortable and convenient. We didn't "live" in this property as much as we typically utilize our VRBOs, as we were on the go and ate out a lot but I imagine that if your stay can be more leisurely, the ping pong table and backyard grill would be most enjoyable. Communication with the property manager (owner?) was positive and although there was a brief hiccup with the keyless entry, he made sure that everything was remedied in a speedy manner. Still don't have news about acceptance to LSU but I would stay here again 😃

Great house near the lakes

House was very nice and clean. Pictures were very accurate. Great big backyard my kids loved playing in. The covered back porch was a perfect spot in the morning to sot and drink coffee. Location was great! A block from the LSU Lakes. Was the perfect spot in the morning to go for a run around the lakes. I highly recommend. Communication was very easy and the owners were super friendly to work with.
