Located in picturesque Northern Michigan just north of Lake City, sits this beautiful lodge style home, with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a 10-person hot tub on deck over-looking 120 acres of woodlands with wildlife a plenty! In addition to the main lodge is a separate guest house with a bedroom, huge loft area and full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and dining area- plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Enjoy hiking, relaxing and making memories in this uniquely stunning property. Since there are deer, and other wildlife on this property we cannot allow any ATV or motor vehicles of any kind on the property or for you to approach any of the wildlife. There are several trailheads in the area close by and a creek that runs along the outside of the back of property.
Be advised also- there are 2 exterior cameras on the property by entrances for safety and security. If you have any questions regarding the cameras, please do not hesitate to ask. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on this property. If you have any questions regarding these policies please ask. Fines will be charged for violations.

Such a surreal experience with unbeatable views. The entire group was blown away with the property. The hot tub on the back deck was a huge hit. It's not a far drive from Lake City, Downton Manton or Turtle Creek Casino.

OUR STAY

This property was amazing. With a big group, we were able to be spread out and enjoy the place. Everything worked well and the amenities were spot on. I would come back in a heart beat.

A great family vacation spot

We enjoyed both sitting on the nice back porch overlooking a meadow as well as walking the property and seeing the different game deer. Nice open spaces across the houses to spread out, plenty of beds. We also took in the hot tub and had a nice bonfire atop the hill.Not an issue but just to forewarn, no ATV riding allowed on property and there really wasn't (at least we didnt find) a fishing pond/creek that I thought was there.Altogether a great spot to take in animals and nature and lovely accommodations!

Love the esthetics of the property and the vastness of room. Hot tub was a plus to our group. The bed arrangement wasn't exactly as described on listing. but we were able to house 4 families, that being 15 people, with the main house and the bunk house. The deer on the property was a highlight.

Loved the surroundings!

This property draws you outside. Instantly after arriving the kids went exploring (adults did too). Seeing the wildlife, especially the buffalo, was a hit for everyone! Gorgeous property!

Wildlife surprises

Spacious lodging for the family and the property was quiet and beautiful. We were unaware we would be staying at a hunting lodge with buffalo and deer roaming the property. The family was pleasantly surprised.

Great getaway cabin

Very cute cabin, everything was super clean. The property manager was responsive to all our questions. We ended up just being 10 people, and there was a ton of space for more. The cabin is on a huge piece of land and we got to see deer, cows, and rabbits while we were there!

Beautiful property

We had a great time and the booking worked out really well for a large group split between the two cabins. The kitchen had everything we needed except we couldn’t find the cutting board. We loved playing pool and shuffle board, and the view of the property from the cabin was incredible, we would love to come back again!

Great Trip!!!

This VRBO was absolutely amazing!! Beautiful cabin with tons of space & an absolutely beautiful piece of property to stay on. There were also so many great ORV trails and fishing spots in the area. My group had a blast and all agreed we would consider booking this cabin again. Michelle was great with answering my questions too. Looking forward to our next visit here. Thanks!

Better than the pictures!

We stayed this weekend and it was a blast! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Very spacious house with a STUNNING view! We loved seeing the wildlife while just relaxing on the back patio. Contacting the the host was easy and always got a quick response. Would definitely recommend for a bigger family as there is lots of space within the two cabins, so many memories will be made and you will not want to leave !
