Literal 5 min walk from the front door to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Enjoy not having to worry about getting there early to find a parking spot! Also, don’t be surprised to see all the wildlife the neighborhood has to offer. Even on the property we have personally seen deer, quail, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, javelinas and rabbits strolling through the yard.

Long driveway allows for several cars to be parked. Driving around the neighborhood is very simple and straightforward.
