Our stay was great! The location was perfect to get to surrounding areas. As well as the condo being close to the pool and hot tub area for our kids. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Hope to stay again soon!

The condo is lovely, clean and in a beautiful location. Peter and Kathi are very responsive if there are questions. Kitchen fully equipped; all the conveniences of home. It's a great spot!

We had such a lovely stay at this property. It was both beautiful and comfortable. Everything we could have needed for our week stay was provided, and so well organized within the condo. This property is steps away from the pool. The ground floor location made it so easy for our family to enjoy the pool and beach. In addition, having the small grass area right outside the patio was a great option for our kids to play. We have stayed in several condos at Isla Del Sol and this has been one of our favorites.

A slice of heaven on earth

This home is absolutely lovely. Tastefully decorated and clean! The location can’t be beat. Close to the beaches and any restaurant you can think of. Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful Retreat

Beautiful space with picturesque views on the water steps away from the pool and hot tub. Nicely furnished and stocked, with great communication from owners. Truly relaxing week in the perfect local between downtown St Pete activity and 5 min to beach. Best of both worlds.

Wonderful family vacation condo!

We had a wonderful experience! Such a great location for everything we wanted to visit. We stayed over the 4th of July and we were able to see many different beach fireworks shows from the condo patio! This condo had so many items included for our use which helped us so much to limit our packing! We loved the views of Boca Bay and were able to watch Dolphins every day, and manatee one day. The pool was amazing!

We loved our stay

Spent 2 weeks in April and had a great time. This was the second time we rented this property as we stayed for a week in March. The location of the condo is on the first floor with beautiful views and easy access to the pool and small beach. The condo is updated and nicely furnished and we appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. The owners respond promptly if you have questions. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Outstanding!

This was a perfect stay! You can't think of anything that is not provided in the unit. The view is stunning! The owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves or had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here! Missing my daily dose of dolphins!

St. Pete FL

The stay in this property surpassed my expectations. The property is very well located near the beach, and restaurants. This property does not feel like a VRBO, but like being friends with the owners, and they just stepped out for a week for our use. This property is immaculate and has everything you can imagine that you would need or use. I thank them with their trust and will definitely book it again.

Alex and party were such perfect guests - he communicated clearly, they were extremely respectful of our place, left it clean as a whistle, and were genuinely appreciative of what our place offered - they were a dream to host. Perfect location

This is our second time staying at the condo. It has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable which is few and far between in rentals. Very clean!! I’m a St. Pete native and this is my favorite place to stay in the area so close to everything but quiet and a way from the hustle and bustle. My boys always catch tons fish right off the sea wall and under the bridge. Everything is perfect expect the light that comes in the front bedroom at night so maybe pack an eye cover.

Beware of unexpected cancellation

Owner cancelled on the check-in day alleging supposed violations to VRBO rules.

Unfortunately, we had no alternative but to seek approval from VRBO to cancel this reservation. This person booked this stay to extend his family member's booking which was in the week immedidately prior to this reservation, wherein the family member violated VRBO policy by misleading us about who was staying in our unit, broke our house rules in several ways causing damage and requiring extensive cleaning, for which extra fees did not even cover. Once we understood the extent of the damage and cleaning required, we could not risk further issues with this group, and had to refund their booking.
