We had a fabulous stay at the Majestic Equestrian Estate! From the easy check-in process, Charles' communication, the welcome snacks, and awesome game room downstairs, it made for a really great weekend. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect for multiple families

The property was perfect for a long weekend of sports at a nearby complex. Each family had their own room and bathroom. The common areas were spacious and the grounds just breathtaking. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for bringing in my birthday. There was plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We especially loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The host was extremely responsive, and we loved the larger kitchen for us to cook. This is a property we want to come back to.

Incredibly peaceful.

We had 14 people stay throughout the weekend. Plenty of room to join the fun or find a quiet space. The views were stunning and kitchen was well appointed. Everyone slept wells so the beds are great. You have a small town about 4 miles away were you can pick up items you may need. Harris Teeter is 12 miles away. Great stay! Vonda

Extended Family Vacation

Quiet and spacious environs. Charles could not have been more accommodating in making sure everything was as we needed it to be. House was clean and well equipped. Plenty of comfortable space for 14 adults. Great location is you like access to biking, hiking, fishing, etc. Lots of Civil War history nearby as well as a close day trip into DC.

Grand wedding weekend

This property exceeded our expectations, it was perfect for gathering siblings & extended family who had traveled to the area for a family wedding at Sugarloaf Mountain. Communicating with the owner before & after our stay was seamless, he was exceedingly helpful at every turn. We hope to return one day when we can relax & enjoy the house & property more rather that being off-site for activities most of the weekend. Staying here made our special occasion weekend even more memorable!

Great property and management

The property was larger and more beautiful than what it seemed in the pictures. It is perfect for a large group or family. Charles notified me the upstairs air conditioner was having issues and was there with window units prior to check in which was amazingly helpful. I may not find myself in the area again but if I happen to be I would 100% stay at the property again.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was amazing in every way for our family. Relaxing surroundings with quiet nature bountiful. Very comfortable and well equipped home. Beautiful yard for relaxing and play. We had 15 family members ages 10 months to 75. We cooked our own meals and this home was equipped to easily allow that inside and outside. Owner was amazing in communication before and during rental. We have used VRBO for many years and this equestrian estate is one of the top rentals.

Family Reunion

My extended family (10 adults & 5 children) all gathered at this amazing property for a long weekend. It was the perfect location with plenty of room for each group (5 separate families) to stretch out and gather under one roof. We mostly stayed on the property and didn't get a chance to explore the surrounding area. However, there was plenty of activities to do at the house! The owner was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely book this property again!

Girlfriends' Getaway

There were 12 of us gathering for our annual Girls Weekend. The house and grounds are absolutely stunning. Outdoor couches and firepit were a huge hit. Very spacious (photos don't do it justice) and we loved the fact that every bedroom had its own accompanying bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked and very functional. The long dining room table fit us all comfortable. House is VERY clean. Bonus of the horses and dogs and countryside. Overall a wonderful stay - would highly recommend!

I have contacted customer service about my stay. Unfortunately the property was not located where the VRBO listing indicated. I don’t know if this was a VRBO error or the property owner. I performed a VRBO search for Leesburg, Virginia- this property was listed as 6.1 miles from Leesburg, VA. That is not accurate- at least not driving. I would not have booked this property if I had known the mileage from Leesbrg wasn’t accurate. I had meetings and events in and around Leesburg and due to a medical condition could not attend the events due to the extreme distance the property was from Leesburg. The property may be nice for some other stay, but it wasn’t appropriate for my needs due to this distance issue. I have the screen capture from my VRBO search - I happened to save it to show to my husband before we booked - it shows the 6 miles to Leesburg. This property should not have returned as a result for my Leesburg search. Leesburg is a 45-55 minute drive from this property. There were meetings and events I was supposed to attend that I could not due to this property location. My husband had to attend events without me because I could not do the travel required and attend meetings, events, eat, etc. due to my medical condition. It was a terrible experience. We were supposed to be doing work and some relaxing…wasn’t great on either front. The house is in need of a pest service and treatments. Many insects were inside the house during our stay and evidence of pests around. My home
