Additional rules

1. Please notify the owners upon arrival or during your stay if you discover anything that needs attention.

2. No pets are allowed in the house.

3. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only, and all cigarette butts and ash must be safely disposed to avoid additional cleaning charges. Please be respectful of this non-smoking home. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged per occurrence.

4. This Airbnb is a privately-owned Home furnished by the Owners’ belongings. There should be no items removed from the Home and all furniture should be moved back to the original location if they are moved during the stay.

5. The Home’s private driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

6. Owners shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or loss to Guest or visitor of Guest during the reservation period.

7. Owners, or an agent of the Owners, may enter the Home for the purpose of any necessary repairs/maintenance. Guest will be notified prior to access during the stay.

8. Guest is expected to maintain the Home during the reservation and leave the Home upon check-out in the same condition it was found at check-in. A standard cleaning fee of $50 applies to all reservations. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if extraordinary cleaning is needed. Cleaning fee due to extraordinary cleaning as a result of Guest, $50 per man hour. Property damage or theft – to be handled through Airbnb Resolution Center.

9. Any damage or theft that occurs to the Home, furnishing, or household items, is the responsibility of the Guest and he/she may be asked to reimburse the Owners.

10. As a courtesy to the Guest, the house will be furnished with towels, linens, and bedding. If these items go missing or are ruined during the reservation, the Guest will be assessed a replacement fee as follows; comforters - $50 each, sheets - $20 per set, blankets - $30, pillows - $15 each, bath towels - $10 each.

11. Late check-out after 11:00 am may result in $75 penalty. The Owners will attempt to accommodate all late check-out requests and all early check-in requests made in advance.

12. Items left by Guest will be returned for appropriate shipping cost unless other arrangements can be made.

13. Additional unregistered overnight guests may result in a $15/night additional charge.

14. Guest may use the washing machine and dryer. The washing machine is loaded with 12 loads worth of laundry detergent.

15. Backyard firepit may be used by the Guest. The firepit is not allowed to be moved to a different location. Owners will not provide firewood.

16. Guest should keep noise to a minimum in the evenings, especially outside, in the front and back yard after 10 PM. No amplified sound devices please.

17. Home has security cameras at the front and rear exterior entrances. They record audio and video and will be on during your stay. There are no security cameras inside the Home.
