With accommodations for up to 18 guests between the main house and a separate bunkhouse apartment, this expansive retreat is perfect for family reunions, group getaways, and multi-generational vacations.

Main House – Sleeps 10
- Master Bedroom (Main Level): King-size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet.
- Guest Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): Queen-size bed, en suite bathroom, direct access to backyard.
- Guest Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen-size bed, shared hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Guest Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen-size bed, en suite bathroom, patio access.
- Bonus Sleeping Area: Two built-in twin bunk beds just off the downstairs living room.
Detached Bunkhouse – Sleeps 8
- Bunk Room: Three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (6 beds total).
- Full Bathroom: Walk-in shower.
- Living Space: Includes a full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room – ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Open Concept Living & Dining
- Main Level Great Room: Vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, large gas fireplace, and plush seating.
- Library Nook: A quiet space with two armchairs, perfect for reading or conversation.
- Lower Level Living Room: Includes a TV, comfortable couch, and a small home gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, and yoga mats.

Gourmet Kitchen & Indoor/Outdoor Dining
- Chef’s Kitchen: Dual islands with seating for 10, two full-size refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, a stove, wine fridge, warming drawer, and a large walk-in pantry.
- Dining Table: Seats 10 comfortably for shared meals.
- Outdoor Dining: Porch with a dining table for six, gas BBQ grill, and smoker for Montana-style cookouts.

- Hot Tub: Six-person spa on the lower patio – perfect for evening soaks under the stars.
- Large Patio: Dining space for 10 (firepit use not available at this time.)
