Just 20 minutes from downtown and surrounded by beautiful scenery with Pacific Ocean views it offers two resorts: Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach which can be enjoyed by families or adults only if they want some privacy for their romantic getaways; Mavila located within this gated community features top-notch facilities. Guests will have access to the facilities of all Pueblo Bonito Resorts: Sunset Beach Resort & Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults only resort) within Quivira (5 min driving distance).

Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex.
Other Things to Note:
Mavila is a brand-new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.
This condo is located at a second floor so you will find stairs to get there.
*NO pets are allowed*
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 2025, to support local sustainability
