This peaceful, centrally located 2-bedroom cottage sits in the heart of Historic Old Northeast, just steps from Beach Drive, the Pier, Vinoy Park, and North Shore Park. Guests consistently say the location is perfect—walkable to everything, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind.
Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with two separate bedrooms for privacy, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a small workspace for remote work or studying. The jack-and-jill bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
One of guests’ favorite features is the private backyard and patio, where a small fountain helps soften city noise and creates a calm place to enjoy Florida’s outdoor air. Many guests mention they feel safe walking the neighborhood—even at night, which is rare and valuable in a downtown setting.
You’ll have off-street parking for one car with EV charging, and most guests find they can park once and walk everywhere. The nearby Looper free downtown trolley also makes getting around easy.

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.
I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.
I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer.
