Just Chill Inn is located in a private neighborhood nestled on a beautiful Lake Keowee peninsula. The home sits back from the street, close to the lake giving you perfect views of wildlife and water.

The yard slopes slightly to the quiet, deep-water cove. With limited boat traffic, the cove is perfect for floating and swimming. The covered dock and boat slip can be used for guest’s jet ski, boat, or water toys. Owner’s jet ski is not available to guests.

The house is luxurious, yet cozy, with an open concept interior. Enjoy eating meals indoor in the large dining room or alfresco on the patio. The gourmet kitchen has an induction cooktop, Jenn-Air ovens, and wine cooler. A coffee and drink bar is stocked with coffee and cocktail essentials. The 13-foot kitchen island is perfect for family and friends to gather to enjoy coffee, drinks, snacks, or meals.

You’ll find smart TVs throughout the home with Google TV and YouTube TV for watching all of your favorite shows or sporting events.

The main level master has a quaint reading corner, soaker tub with lake views, and a private balcony with a twin, daybed swing for relaxing after a long day on the lake.

The upper level was built with kids in mind. It’s fully carpeted for kids to romp and play. The playroom has a convertible, multi-function sofa for movie nights on the large screen television that also serves as an optional double bed. The bunkroom has two twin XL over queen bunks to sleep toddlers to adults comfortably.

The terrace level master includes two, queen beds with luxury linens. Roomy master bath with waterfall themed shower and plenty of space for all.

A terrace-level family room has an oversized sectional, 75” television, shuffle board table and large walkout patio with fireplace.

Enjoy the lakeside fire pit and make s’mores, hot dogs, and fruit pies. Or roast marshmallows on one of the large outdoor patios on the terrace or main levels where fireplaces, televisions, and lounge furniture awaits for reading, wine, and ending your day.

Or, you can choose to watch beautiful South Carolina sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains while you “chill” on the front porch with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

There is so much to do around the lake that we encourage all guests to take a break from the lake and venture out. You'll be close to Seneca restaurants and shopping, as well as Clemson University and all the sights and sounds of the university. If hiking, sightseeing and waterfalls, or small-town shopping is more your style, there is plenty to experience within a short ride from Just Chill Inn. There is so much to do. You are going to love it!
