Welcome to what we call our Fleur de Lis in the Broadmoor area! This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many of Shreveport's finest restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, brewery, and aquarium!

If you come for a weekend visit and to relax, our place is quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood. Of course, you may rent for longer stays if you're in town to work or visiting family... Stays of 7 days or more can receive a 20% discount. We do charge $15 extra per stay for each additional number of guests over 4, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays!

Towels are for drying only. Do not use them for cleaning anything. Towels and/or linens found with excessive soiling will incurr a $25 fee per item.

We were staying there because we had family flying in from Michigan, we were close to the airport which was a plus. My husband as well as my mother-in-law both have problems getting around, and this was one level, and very open, it worked out great for us. The host was awesome as we needed to check in early because of the family flying in from Michigan, and he made it happen. The place was very nice and clean, also very quite. I would recommend this home to all family wanting to share time together.

It was great! Management was great! The house is beautiful and I felt safe. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Plenty of seating for eight adults in the living room and kitchen. Bed’s were comfortable. Easy access in and out of house. Had labels on light switches which was nice. The backyard was cozy with the Big Beautiful Oak Tree! I wish I would have had time to sit and have coffee under the pavilion. I was in Shreveport for my daughter’s wedding. Albertson and other major stores were right down the street. Great location! Will stay again if I ever need a place. Lisa

Another great stay!!

My family and I stayed in this home a couple of years ago, and it was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. This stay was just as perfect. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient for us, and we never have to rush out and buy basic necessities - everything is there, plus more! The host is responsive and friendly and has obviously given careful thought to what families need in a home away from home. Kids have plenty of entertainment, and adults easily find spots to gather and visit amongst themselves. We’ll stay here again any time our family needs a place to land in Shreveport!!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed at this property while visiting our niece at Centenary College. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, super clean, comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jose was very responsive and when an unexpected maintenance issue arose, he was quick to respond and resolve it with minimal interruption for us. We had a really nice stay.

Quick weekend away with friends.

Decided to take a quick trip with friends to gamble and eat some good food. The house was great for 6 adults (2couples and 2 singles). The house was clean and well stocked. Had coffee on the porch in the mornings and mid afternoon crawfish out back where there is plenty of seating and room to not feel crowded. The location was perfect not too far from downtown and casinos and close to other businesses if you needed to go grab anything quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

The visit to this property was the first time I have rented a VRBO property. The property was as described and I can't say enough in regards to the pictures and write-up about the property. Property is located in a very safe neighborhood. Don't have to travel far to shop and dine. The host of the property was very informative before and during the stay and checked in to see how things were going. In the future, I'm sure that my family and I will visit Louisiana again, and we will definitely seek out this property and pray that it's available. 100 stars is my overall review of the property and the host.

The home was as advertised. It was updated, roomy for all 6 of us to spread out, clean and beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

I love our house in Broadmoor because of the large trees and lush greenery during the spring and summer - that's why we chose to buy this house... along with the fact that we have family in Shreveport that we visit from time to time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is one of the few 4 bedroom houses in the Broadmoor area as many homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1960's. Houses were not built very big at that time and so most other short term rentals in the area are 3 bedroom types. Thus, we have the luxury of being able to host a larger group in a really nice, established neighborhood.
