A thoughtfully restored duplex condo crafted by one of Jersey City’s top designers. We blend historic charm with modern design, featuring exposed brick walls in every room, soaring 10+ foot ceilings, and an abundance of natural light.
Located just minutes from New York City, this is your ideal home base for exploring everything NYC has to offer; from world-class museums and local restaurants.
We take pride in offering a safe space that accepts PEOPLE of ALL religions, beliefs, or backgrounds.
The first floor of this unit steps into a hallway leading to a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, seating area, and custom en suite bathroom with standing shower.
Down another hallway you will enter a master suite with a King bed, seating area, and a custom bathroom with standing shower. Open the door at the corner of this master suite and walk into your exclusive access walkout patio.
All bathrooms in the unit have custom tile and finishes. Both bedrooms also have a TV with access to your favorite Netflix titles.
The washer/dryer is located on the main floor; we gladly provide laundry detergent pods.
The second floor has a half bathroom and large kitchen/entertainment space with a Samsung "The Frame" TV and sound system. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy an evening dinner with your friends and family. There is ample seating for gathering at the kitchen island, a large sofa and sleeper sofa that sleeps 1 person and can accommodate 2 people if needed.
Off of the kitchen is a private walkout deck with seating perfect for brunch, entertainment or sunbathing in the summertime. The entire unit has 10ft+ high ceilings and ample recessed lighting. The center island with side outlets makes a great breakfast bar or workspace.
All of the art commissioned in the home was created by female artists within our community.

Our home is located in the Bergen-Lafayette area of Jersey City and is an up-and-coming neighborhood known for its rich Black and Latino culture.
While some areas may appear less polished than others, the community is welcoming and full of character and creativity.
It’s a diverse and lively community that may feel unfamiliar to some, and we’re proud to be part of this evolving and authentic part of Jersey City.

We purchased this home with the goal of restoring it to its natural beauty; we invested 2 years into its restoration and now have all new plumbing and electric.
Fun Fact: The brick walls in the home took 6 months to restore. Someone covered the entire home with plaster!!
This home is accepting of all individuals from all walks of life. We love Jersey City because it is the most diverse city in the country.
