Deer Run Unit #7 on Big St Germain Lake

Kayaking into the sunset after a long day of adventure in the miles of trails located 1.5 miles from this cabin. Cabin #7 sits about 30 feet from the water. Leave the windows open and listen to the waves sing you to sleep. This 3-bedroom ,1 bath cabin comes with all the amenities of modern-day convenience.

This cabin has flat level ground to the lake and is a short distance from the common area dock. The private pier is something to be had at this resort and leaves others envying the fish you're reeling in from the lake. The bench at the end allows you to sit and read all while waiting for the Northwoods wildlife to come out and reveal themself.

St Germain is also known for the wide variety of trail systems with miles and miles of availability for all use hiking snowshoeing cross country skiing, biking, ATV, snowmobiling all designated to trail marked spots for safety reasons. This trail system is located within 1.5 miles from this cabin and welcomes you to bring your family pet as it is pet friendly. Quiet and peaceful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin set up with amazing views. Even with crummy weather its still relaxing to be there.Normally everything is super clean inside the cabin but unfortunately this last stay we found lots of dog and people hair all over and spent the first 30mins vacuuming and mopping the floors. There was also miscommunication about the new electric lock box codes so we couldn't get in for awhile as it was after hours. We will definitely be back again in 2026 making it 5 years in a row staying here!

We loved all of the TVs, fans and labels to find everything we needed. The children enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. We are looking forward to coming to this cabin for years to come.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual it was very nice and we appreciate the ability to visit the beautiful northwoods. What I might do a bit differently was to get a tv cable package that includes most of the popular stations including national NBC, CBS,ABC and Fox. Navigating around can be a bit of a hassle on days when it is raining and you can't go outside. In our cabin we could not turn off the fans in the ceiling, so that ran all the time. That should be looked into. Thanks again. Have a great summer.

Always a peaceful place to stay

Maintenance was called one time for the pier outlet not working for charging our boat and they had it fixed immediately. This is a great place to stay and looking forward to many more years in the future.
