The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck during the month of March.

The fitness center is privately owned and is not an amenity for guests.

Secure, Gated Property: It's best to feel secure when you're so far from home! The Boardwalk Beach Resort is a private, gated property that is monitored by 24-hour security.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.
