We've curated a space that is fun & has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Colorado scenery! Enjoy the amazing mountains at this 7 acre property, while still being conveniently located just miles from Boulder.

The newly remodeled home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, sunporch, family room, garage space filled with games (including classic arcade games, pingpong, frisbee golf, basketball) an indoor climbing wall, and outdoor living spaces. Every area of the home has plenty of seating, curious artwork and lots of fun touches to make your stay here memorable.

All 5 bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of closet space to store your items. Three of the bedrooms offer a desk and seating area for additional storage or working space along with plenty of additional seating areas throughout the home.

Two of the third story bedrooms can be conjoined into one large space and feature lofts. There is a queen bed located in one of the lofts and the other loft has a fun seating area. These 2 bedrooms will accommodate up 6 guests and make a large space when opened up with the double doors or they can be kept as independent rooms.

The first floor family room features a large television and huge couch, two full size original arcade games, board games, puzzles, a smart Blu-ray/DVD player, and tons of great movies to watch. This space has a table with four chairs, and is bound to be a space your group will have lots of fun in!

The living room and dining room are open and airy, giving you plenty of space to socialize, work or relax. The views from these rooms are unmatched. You can see the continental divide from the top of the stairs during fall & winter months. The dining room table seats 12 with additional chairs available throughout. We have provided several books, games, SmartTV apps and Starlink high speed internet.

The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to prepare a meal. This includes a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, skillet, Instant Pot and crockpot. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a delicious meal!

The two general bathrooms feature bathtub/shower combos and are stocked with the very best in luxury toiletries.

The primary on-suite bathroom is a luxury experience. Enjoy the claw foot bathtub or large walk-in shower with 5 shower heads. You'll find everything you need stocked in the vanity including the best in luxury toiletries.

The oversized three car garage will keep you moving with a large climbing wall, ping pong table, 2-player basketball game, bag toss, disc golf basket, yoga mats and some light weights. All of the items in the garage can be folded up for garage parking upon request.

We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. We take additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these high standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels.

You have full access to the 7 acre property to explore. Hike the trails that adjoin the property up to Sugarloaf Mountain or the Switzerland trail.

We have 4 separate goldmines onsite. Currently these are off limits to guests, but feel free to peek in.

We are about 20 minutes from downtown Boulder.

Please note during the winter months you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle, though the roads are very well plowed (we are in a priority 1 plow district, so we are always the first to be plowed). Going up the canyon you can lose cell reception so please make sure to plan accordingly.

Cell Phone Reception: Please note cell reception is unavailable in the area and at the home. We do supply a landline for emergencies, and you can connect to the wifi for cellular calling from your phone. Please check with your carrier for how to enable wifi calling on your phone.

Guests: Please make sure to have accurate guest counts indicated on your reservations (including furry friends) as we want to have our team setup the best experience for you :). Please note we don't allow cats and we do charge additional pet fees and have a 2 dog maximum up to 50lbs for well behaved furry friends.

Fall through May Snow: Please note snow is a consideration up in the mountains. We are a level 1 priority plow area for Boulder county which means roads are generally kept very clear, though, we recommend guests have a four-wheel or all wheel drive vehicle during the winter months.

Fire Risk: Fire is an extreme risk in the mountains. Absolutely no fires are permitted in or around our property.
