Please note that as of 10/12/2025 we learned that certain areas of the resort will be undergoing renovations beginning mid-October 2025 through April/May 2026--lobby, lobby restaurant (we have another restaurant on site as well as pool bar/food still open), laundry facility and exercise room. However, none of the renovations affect our unit or our building and you will still have pool/beach access, pool bar, a on-site restaurant option etc. We have adjusted our prices accordingly. Rest assured OKBR is working very hard to ensure all guests have a great experience while on the premises during this time and apologize for any inconvenience. We so appreciate you understanding and hope you will stay with us!

The main desk/restaurant/central access building was gutted and under renovation. The process to get to the room was an extended journey through three buildings and two elevators or a disgusting walk from the long-distance parking area past the facilities garbage processing area. AND NO MICROWAVE.....even a Motel 6 has a microwave. No bar after the pool bar closes at 6 and one restaurant with a limited menu. Very disappointing. The grounds were very nice and the bed was comfy.

Amazing stay, perfect location!

Excellent hospitality, incredible location between the north and south shore making excursions easy. The full size refrigerator was great as was the abundance of towels for use. Everything was clean and well maintained and the unit was located perfectly on the property just steps away from the pool and a short walk down to the beach. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The pools were great and the private beach was absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The location on the resort property was excellent. Just a short walk to the pools and to the private beach.

Perfect for family of 4!!

We had so much fun here… the grounds were amazing, the unit was perfect and as described/ photos. Our kids (ages 8 and 9) loved the pool… well, the pool slide in particular! I loved that the condo is pretty centrally located between Hanalei and Poipu, where we spent majority of our time. It was perfect!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Sunrise from your bedside.

Beautiful property on the side we were on, older side needed repairs. They were updating rooms in our hallway and painting. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Had 3 areas to eat, but very similar menu's and atmospheres. Variety would be great. Would have loved a fresh fruit salad option.Sand in kids area was rough on the feet. It was a great area. Pool area was nice. Liked the different pools. Staff was very friendly. Perfect place to catch the sunrise each morning. Room was spacious and newly done. Please remember us ladies would love a place to put our feet as we try to shave. Loved the lobby area.

Good but some fixes necessary

As a local vacationer, I was thrilled to support someone privately renting this unit, especially considering it was a new listing. Marianne was super responsive! Overall, our stay was fine but there are some necessary issues that I want to note for future vacationers in the unit: 1. One bathroom light was out from the moment of check-in 2. Safety grab bar and shower shelf not attached to the wall, actually falling off the wall. Do not use until it is fixed. My senior citizen mom almost fell when she tried to grab the bar for support. 3. Dusty - all surfaces were dusty. 4. Door handle doesn't close automatically. Make sure to pull tight when leaving and push tight when arriving. The door handle on the outside is also loose. I'd recommend a full door handle replacement as I'm scared it will break off with the level of force needed to close the door. 5. Fridge made increasingly worse and louder sounds over the period of our stay. Started with occasional gurgling but by day 3 was almost constant gurgling. We started joking that the fridge was hungry and to watch out as it might eat any food we put inside. 6. Stains on towels and sheets - only two, but still not nice to see on white towels and sheets. 7. Lack of outlets - I'd recommend you bring your own surge protector for increased outlets. No outlet in the bathroom that we could find either. Again, overall a nice stay. Just some issues as noted above plus the overall finishing details of the remodeled room were messy.
