Second bedroom easily converted between an office space or bedroom with the versatile murphy bed/desk unit. With a full kitchen and all in one laundry center, this home has all you need for your stay in Spartanburg. Within minutes of three hospitals. 30 minutes to Spartanburg Airport. Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser and nightstands. A walk in closet allows plenty of storage. Main bath has a walk in shower and a second half bath offers convenience to visitors. Second bedroom has an installed murphy bed unit that allows easy conversion between a dedicated office space or a second bedroom with a full size bed. Couch can also be arranged for comfortable sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped and Roku offers free tv or personal streaming. 1 GIG Wifi insures good connection during your stay. This place is Uber friendly for pick ups or delivery of food.

This property deserves more than 5 stars! The home is beautiful inside and out, the moment I walked in my mouth dropped! It’s extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts’ were great with communication and answering any question I had. Thank you so much, and I cant Wait to book this property in the future.

Spartanburg bungalow

We flew a very long day and night from Alaska and stayed five days. It was a work trip with family of sorts. This particular property did not suit us. We chose for the great reviews which in our opinion did not match up with the reality. The location is not good, old neighborhood with loud neighbours. On two occasions there was yelling and banging on doors next door in the wee hours of the morning. This property is advertised as newly renovated but absolutely every shortcut was taken to get there. Fresh laminate over rotted subfloors kind of treatment. Wet laundry was left in the dryer from someone else, and when I asked where I could find the advertised hair dryer to use I was told sorry and left to solve my own problem. Enough of little things going sideways can ruin an otherwise decent review. In this case there were too many annoying small issues and not enough attention to details or requests. Would not stay here again.

Overall enjoyed our stay here! The property was exactly as described, and the photos were accurate. The hosts were attentive and provided easy check-in procedures which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The living area, cozy bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home for our quick visit.The only slight hiccup we encountered was with the ice machine in the fridge. It seemed that the ice had frozen into a large block, preventing it from functioning properly. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. We recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future!

I place was nice and clean. They had everything you would need if a stay. The only issue was the noise from the neighbors at night was loud at times. Other than that it was a great stay

Super clean, smells great

Duplex home in quiet, safe neighborhood. Inside was spotless and smelled great. Appliances were easy to use and very clean. Dishwasher and washer/dryer worked perfect. No issues with our stay, so did not have to contact owner during trip, but communication before arrival was fast, clear, honest, and respectful.

Nice area

Quick 2 night stay. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions or comments, really appreciated that. Place was nice and clean. It’s only about 1/4 mile walk from a nice walking trail & park with was excellent for our dog. (Duncan park) Duplex was very peaceful. Very clean. Duplex was close to so many things it was very nice.

Cozy Downtown Bungalow

Bungalow was tastefully decorated and super clean inside with plenty of nice towels and toiletries provided. The bamboo view from the bedroom was beautiful. It was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending - took about 8 mins to the church. Also convenient to grocery and brewery. Only downsides: porch could have been cleaner - table, chairs and exterior could use a good power wash. We wanted to sit out there, but just not clean. Also, shower door wouldn't close all the way. Sure it just needs an adjustment. Trouble with the faucet in the master bath also. Check in was easy, but the extra $30 charge for an early check in seemed unnecessary since bungalow was ready for check in and not occupied. We enjoyed the stay and it worked fine for four people, even with the one shower.

Grandson graduation

Everything was great! Close to our daughters place. Everything was clean. ( i usually bring my own stuff) lol. Meeting the owner was wonderful. We felt peacefully and at home. One thing, we didn't know when to put garbage out on curb for pick up, so we missed that. We will definately recommend and be back.
