Downtown Canton & its excellent dining, brewery, quaint shopping, & nearby wineries are a short & scenic drive through the mountains. Hopefully you’re wildlife enthusiasts, as deer are frequent backyard visitors!

This entire stay was amazing. The hosts provided great communication and the Checkon process was well communicated and went Flawless. The property itself is gorgeous! From the towels, bedding, appliances, everything was thought putt and top notch! I highly recommend this property to everyone, especially those with young families.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We 4 adult sibling couples enjoyed this beautiful home and location immensely. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, gorgeous property and dock – so many places to relax and visit. Kyle was wonderful to work with, very responsive to questions and helpful with suggestions about local sights. It was our first time in the Lake Arrowhead area - we were all struck by the sheer beauty and serenity. As well as by the extremely windy (scary?) roads and steep driveways throughout the whole community!!! These posed a daunting challenge at first, but we were then able to manage with forethought (re: driveway parking - large vehicles not recommended) and increased familiarity with surrounding roads during daylight hours. We would definitely recommend and stay again - But this time with fewer, smaller vehicles 🚗.

Great getaway!

Beautiful, roomy home. We misread the number of beds, but worked it out. Owners are responsive and helpful. Would hightly recommend and plan another stay!

Beautiful Home and Setting!

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and furnished like a true home vs rental. Kyle was very easy and quick to communicate with and accommodating as well. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

This home is the BEST!

We were very impressed with the pictures and the property looked exactly like what we wanted for our stay. Upon arrival, we quickly realized it was even better than the pictures! Everything about it was top notch! The owners were very easy to work with. The gate guards were pleasant and gave no trouble as parts of our group arrived at different times. Overall, we give tge entire experience 5 stars!

Labor Day Family weekend

Labor Day Weekend 2023- Great weekend and beautiful home…kids loved fishing and the community pool was huge! Loved our time staying at this fabulous home. I cooked every meal and kitchen was fully stocked.I would recommend this home to everyone.

Beautiful place and community

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the lake view as well as all of the deer! Kyle was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Recently updated, beautifully furnished and decorated. Everyone was "wowed" by the place. Grandkids caught plenty of fish and enjoyed the paddle boards and canoe. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Arrowhead and had a ball living lake life! Thanks Kyle and Ashley for everything.

Perfect place to stay

We booked this house before it had reviews, which makes me nervous but glad we took the risk. This house is perfect. We were in town for a week long baseball tournament and shared this house with another family, 8 total guests. It was a 35-40 min drive to LakePoint but worth it. The house was spacious and had a couple of relax/entertainment areas so we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, I would only add a good non-stick pan. (I struggled making pancakes). The grill was in good condition too. The beds were comfortable and the pillows! Both the beach and bath towels were soft. We loved that they had a canoe and paddle boards available for guest use as well. Plenty of outside places to sit, we enjoyed s’mores 2 nights in the fire pit and also enjoyed listening to the rain reading a book on the front porch swing. The was helpful and super quick to answer questions. If we return to the area we will definitely look to come back.

Awesome house and property

The house has tons of space, and conveniences. The outdoor space is very relaxing and peaceful. There are multiple deck spaces, a green space with a fire pit and the dock at the lake are all great. The paddle boards and canoe are very nice and lots of fun. The neighborhood has a lot of fun things also. Kyle is always quick to reply and communicates very well.
