This apartment is partial below grade, featuring plenty of daylight windows that bring lots of natural light.
Complete with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge, this is a `Heat and Eat` unit. Paper plates, cups, hot cups, and utensils are provided for your use. No on-site cooking.
**Please note because this is a basement- you should expect some noise transfer. Please inquire first to check if there is a booking in the unit above and size of the group if you might be sensitive to noise. This is priced to accommodate for it being a downstairs unit.**
If you happen to have additional guests or need accommodation for a larger party, please inquire within.

It is a walkable city, where you can park your car and take a gander at what the historic downtown area has to offer. This apartment is just blocks from Albany`s downtown district , the Antique mall, with 100`s of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, and the Historical Carousel and Museum . Willamette river is nearby, as is Monteith Riverpark , home to summer`s River Rhythms series. Holiday historical homes parade. This property is easy to get to, 10 min to I-5.
