The space
This home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and two twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms, and a queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room. Each room comes with a smart TV that has many streaming options including complimentary access to Disney+ and ESPN. For those needing internet access we have you covered! The fast free internet will be able to accommodate your groups needs. The spacious kitchen and living room make it easy to gather and spend time with one another.

Board games and books are available for your pleasure if you decide to stay in for the night and relax. Another relaxing option this home has to offer is the master suites spa-like feel, featuring a whirlpool tub and a standalone shower.

During the summer the back patio has a fire pit along with seating for your group to sit back and enjoy the fantastic sunsets.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the side door immediately next to the driveway by means of a digital keypad which provides a secure, safe, and easy keyless entry. Hosts will contact you with your custom entry code prior to your arrival. The entire home will be yours and yours alone throughout your stay.

The driveway provides parking for 3-4 cars and street parking is available for guests. Stand alone garage, basement, and cleaning closet will be locked for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
-Please do not tamper with any doors/closets that have locks on them including the garage.

-We have a STRICT policy on pets/parties/events without prior approval.

-ONLY the number of guests that are booked are allowed overnight.

-There is Absolutely NO smoking/vaping of ANY kind allowed inside the property ($250 fee will be billed if smell of weed, vaping, and/or cigarettes is discovered).

-Please inform us immediately if anything breaks during your stay.
