Property had ants and only two spoons which made it difficult for three of us to eat cereal for breakfast. Other than those two issues everything else was fine.

Everything was great! Only issue we had was having to search for the gate codes needed to get to and from the beach through multiple emails even though we never received one to open the first gate to the bridge, luckily another resident let us in (he was not happy about that ) but overall I would definitely recommend!

It was a roof over our head but lots of broken stuff in the house. The beds are horrible, one was broken, the washing machine sounded like it was an airplane taking off. The doors are hard to close. There are bugs everywhere ants, worms, caterpillars and roaches. On top of all this the address given wasn’t near the beach we had a long walk to get there. We made the best of the stay but wouldn’t book this place again. Needs some updating. Oh and also some cam knocking early one morning saying they would be doing roof work blocked us in our parking spots

It was easy to locate the property, all the logistics were provided upon arrival. However the pictures are deceiving as oppose to what i walk into. The physical apearance is far below expectation. What i would like to point out is the wonderful short distance walk to the beach, ( the beech attendant was hard to locate, when we finally located them they were requiring a wrist band and it was just a hot mess. The host do not respond in a timely fashion. We still incorporated our fun. I like how every excursion we did were within close proximity to the property. Omg i cannot forget the property has soo much bugs and ant and roaches in the kitchen, by the entrance and on the floors. If you have young kids and don't want to hear screaming because ant scrolling everywhere then choose wisely. Besides the short distance to all of the attractions, It would not be my first pick.

Destin, husbands annual fishing trip

Lovely area. Nice condo. Rooms 2& 3 were very small. Traffic was a nightmare getting in and out. Ants were a major problem in the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and in the bedroom with twin beds. Reported the ant problem but never received an answer.

Vaca with ants

We’ve stayed at this location before but not this particular unit. It needs an upgrade! That’s not what bothered me though. We had ants in our condo basically the whole time. We had to throw out a full box of donuts and other items that were covered in ants. We also had ants in the bathrooms. I believe it took 2 days to get someone out there. No our knowledge no one ever came inside to spray, only outside. I was told I could buy some spray and do the inside.

It was ok

First off this condo is not beach front. 10-15 minute walk to beach. There were ants in upstairs bathroom. Centipedes all over downstairs floor. Master bedroom floor had something spilled coming from under bed so clearly not mopped. Air doesn’t cool good. The condo is nice and comfy stay other than what’s listed above

Women’s conference girls trip

I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay

The couch was dirty, ants in the master bedroom was really bad and their were roaches, the air didn’t work really upstairs

Thrift Store

This townhouse is in a great location with good access to the beach. Pool is really big and nice. The townhouse does not have a strong enough air conditioning system to reach the top floor with the bedrooms so you have to go to sleep sweating. The entire house is filled with disgusting furniture from a thrift store. Couches are sticky and beds are uncomfortable and incredibly old. We had a colony of ants on the trash that was left outside of our place when we arrived and ended up with two cars full of ants after they parked in front on the first night. I wanted to leave early. This place should be gutted and renovated. Not acceptable.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our little get away. We had 4 teenagers with us and they each had a bed. The pool and beach access were amazing. The outside seating area was perfect for lunch after the pool. We will definitely be back.

Destin Stay

Overall it was a nice stay. A negative for us was that the beds were uncomfortable and I wish there was a TV in the master bedroom. It was slightly outdated but we didn’t go to Destin to sit inside :) the walk to the beach was not bad but further than I thought. Overall I gave it a 4/5 because some of what I am saying is my perspective and others may disagree.

Great location but has some flaws

Great location to the beach and plenty of space for your whole family. The number one issue we had was, the beds were awful. So uncomfortable, almost seemed broken in the middle of multiple beds to where you were sleeping on a hill or on the lump that made the hills. If they improve the beds...it would be awesome.

Restful and Beautiful

We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and having beach service included. We loved being able to cook together and play board games. The house was big enough for five adults!

Not for me

We stayed in this complex, different unit, last year and had a good experience. It is located in a good spot for beach, and activities for my grandchildren.This year we stayed at this unit and was dissapointed. Master bedroom mattress is really bad, all vinyl floors had been vacummed but never washed. The kids feet were black after just a short time. Mildew in washing machine and dishwasher.

Girls trip 2024

We were 4 ladies that come to Destin for a women’s conference. We found this locations fun loved it online. When we got there everything was exactly as it showed in pictures and what it said. We loved the location and the proximity to the beach. It was very clean and very easy to get ahold of anyone for questions. We will def be rebooking this property again!

Made a Switcheroo

The ratings and review are not for the property we originally booked, but for a different property. We were disappointed with the original location, but upon arrival the host graciously allowed us to switch to a different property, which had a nice view of the small bay and was much closer to the beach. The unit was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.
