Nice for a quick get away

Was a nice small 2 bdrm. It needs some updating which they were starting the day we left. The maintenance man was awesome and very friendly. It was easy access to most places you wanted to go. Little noisey because if busy rd close by. We would stay again

Great Price and location

Fairly good location. Close to Freeway - good. Some things had small problems, but the price was great for what I received. Would stay there again!

Worn but spotlessly clean

If you are looking for a budget stay this is it. There are no ammenities not even salt and pepper so bring everything you need! It is very clean and comfortable.

You Get What You Get

Overall, I’d say that the stay within the space was acceptable and expected. The bathroom was good, the appliances (fridge, microwave, television, etc…) all worked normally, and the furniture was comfortable to sit in and sleep in. However, the surrounding area was a bit on the urban side. I do not blame that, but it must be said. Each time me and my partner returned to the apartment after an extended time away, a smell of smoke would be throughout the place, primarily in the living area space. Some dog also loved barking in the middle of the night right above us. These aspects aren’t the fault of anyone hosting the space, but of other tenants and any surrounding problems. TLDR; the apartment itself is pretty decent for how it’s priced, but surrounding area and tenants can be a real annoyance.

Great value!

Great value for this space! The 2-bedroom apartment was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Comfortable couch, tv, nice dishes, comfortable beds. I had no issues or problems at all. The contact person was very responsive to the questions that I did have. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks!

Better than a motel and was quitter than a motel, expect for the dogs sometimes. First BNB to rent was quick and easy.

Disgusting

First off, Roaches. Also its the little things, holes in the wall/caulking of the shower which just has to have caused water damage to the structure. The shower curtain rod fell off the walls (credit where its due; the owner was very quick to respond and help get a handyman to repair it) everything about the place shows its general state of disrepair.

Overall felt very at ease in the property. Communication with property manager was quick and painless, with no issues getting ahold of them whatsoever! I could even tell the improvements made that were boasted about online to make sure it’s up to date and ready for those to stay!

Not clean

The unit was not clean, i reached out to the property manager with a list of concerns in which none was rectified Pot and pan dirty utensils dirty, ceiling fans no irons, no washer or dryer dirty pillows dirty If they take time to CLEAN the unit would be as described in the listing I give them 1 star

Unit three smelled like smoke and the bathroom was not refurbished. It did not look like the photos. I also had to request access well after check in time which was frustrating. However, I was given unit 1 which was much nicer and the staff were very responsive and quick to communicate. Neighborhood and building is on the rough side of things but I never felt unsafe and the price was great.

I apologize for any grammatical errors. Not giving “luxury” but who’s surprised. My reservation was set to give me access to the space at 16:00. I did not get the info to check in until almost 22:00. I had to call support and have another friend call multiple times very hour. I’m the end of all of it I never got the check in info, my friend did and they communicated with him instead of me. Like another review said the spot was in a semi dodgy area, but not unlike other nice places I have ended up staying in El Paso. It was very safe despite what it looks like. Again, like other experiences I’ve had in El Paso. I had no issues with anyone living or staying in the complex. The space did what we needed it to as I was caring for someone after surgery so we didn’t need much. It was a bottom floor space and had a kitchen and tv. There were bugs, no trash can, or cleaning supplies outside of dish detergent. Luckily the dumpster wasn’t far so I just walked the trash out once it piled up. The wifi was 50/50 and we had to get the passwords for multiple different routers to find one that actually worked. The walls are thin and I literally heard someone snoring at one point. There are dogs and kids constantly running around. Not necessarily something that was a big deal to me, but good to know for those who it may bother. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals which was a relief recovering from surgery and not having a lot of mobility.

Definitely a budget stay, the main issue we had was NO HOT WATER, we also found stains on one of the pillows. We were also worried about the safety of our truck and had to purchase a club for the truck as a deterrent
