Elevator modernization in the Southeast building (June–Dec 2025) may cause delays, though one elevator will remain in service. Rates are discounted for the inconvenience.

Welcome to Wind Drift 505! This beachfront property checks all the boxes for a vacation with easy access to the beach, beautiful views of expansive white sands, the Gulf waters, and comfortable accommodations. Featuring open concept living and dining room spaces that open up off the kitchen that features granite countertops and high bar top and seating. There is a large dining table with seating for six that leads into the living space with spectacular views that you can see from the moment you walk through the front door. There is a high top four-seater table on the balcony, perfect for a meal or early evening cocktail.

The primary bedroom also has views of the Gulf and its sugar-white sands. It features a king-size bed and large television. The ensuite bath features a single vanity sink with an oversized granite countertop and storage space for visitors whether there for one week or three months. A separate, private space beyond houses the shower/tub combo. The large walk-in closet is ideal as it can hold all a guest needs with room to spare allowing for that coveted space to tuck away bulky luggage.

The second bedroom has a queen-size and twin bed. It features a closet and other storage for belongings and its own television. It has direct access to a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with single vanity sink and granite countertop. It can also be accessed from the main living area.

This two bed, two bath property is a perfect place to stay on your vacation. Great for a friend's getaway, suitable for families and an ideal landing pad for snowbirds. A short drive to all the amenities the area has to offer, Wind Drift is a great place to be!

Wind Drift uniquely offers first come, first serve boat slips, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.)

- Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $62.10 per vehicle (Max 2) for up to a 7-night stay. Reservations exceeding 7 days or that have added additional nights to an already existing reservation must purchase additional parking passes for those nights. The parking fee will be paid directly to the Wind Drift Association and their office will provide a gate code for your stay.**

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
