This end unit Tidewater condo offers exceptional setting for a perfect beach getaway. It is just a short walk to Pier Park and some of the best shops and restaurants! Top to bottom windows create the absolute scenery for any vacation. Enjoy a morning beverage on the gorgeous balcony hearing the gulf breeze in one of the most desirable complexes on the PCB.
The condo has a king bed in the master and a twin plus trundle. The living room has a sleeper sofa couch. Ideal for extended family of 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for a home made meal.
The condo comes with 2 parking spots.

NOTE: $35 + tax(preregister online before arrival via link) or $45 + tax(late registration upon arrival) per stay due at the property for parking passes and wrist bands for amenities (regardless of number of people or number of vehicles and length of stay)

This is a great corner side condo with incredible views from the 18th floor. It’s perfect for a family with 2 small children. The resort offers so many amenities.

Great condo

Great condo to stay at we saw dolphins and a big stingray from our balcony. The only difficulties was opening the balcony door, we had to use both hands to open and close it. They did work on the elevators so people wasn’t waiting so long for them. This was a very clean and nice Condo for 2 people to stay on vacation.

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay for spring break. We were worried about the elevators being on the 18th floor but we had no issues on waiting for a elevator our entire stay. Beautiful views and walking distance to tons of places to eat. we would stay here again if we ever visit PCB.

Weekend trip

Just took a quick weekend trip with the family and had a blast! The room was as advertised and thw location was great for PCB. Would stay here again

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very, very quick to respond to any emails with questions. We had a great experience there. We will definitely be back!

Description of condo misleading

The bedroom bedspead and linen was not clean. It looked like traces of old bugs in the headboard and frame. The two chairs to the dinette set cushions were not attached. The door would not lock and we had to stay in an unsafe condo for 24 hours. The place is smaller than it appears in the picture. The condo needs a lot of updating. I would not shower or bathe in that tub! One thing postive the view was nice on the 18th floor. The place is only really designed for two only. cushions have traces of old bugs

best vacation experience to date!

We are a family of six, the condo was a perfect fit for us. The kids loved the option of two different pools to choose from outside, the view was AMAZING from the balcony and access to the beach was perfect. The kids also enjoyed the arcade, and it was nice to have the option of the indoor swimming pool when it started to rain. The host was very attentive with any questions I had prior to our stay. The washer and dryer are stackable so the loads are small, but it was fine for what we need. All of the beds are very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! We will definitely be back next year!

Exactly What We Wanted

The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. The fitness center is decent, you should find most of what you need, Pier Park is walking distance away, perfect to walk off a meal on the beach. It’s an older unit but it was perfect for what we needed. Definitely not an issue. The host was excellent, we wanted to extend our stay an extra night and it was done quickly with no problem. We will be re visiting this unit!

New Year

I called HMO about east side hot tub not heated amd indoor pool to cool.. Other people was complaining about Hot Tub as well. They did nothing about it. So most packed in west side hot tub. Indoor Sauna was to hot. But room was fine/as advertised.

Christmas Vacation

The property was as described. It had a beautiful beachfront view. The check- in process was quite busy, as all guests were checking- in at 4:30. The door lock was very confusing. You must turn it a full 90 degrees and listen for the lock to turn. Unfortunately, I thought the door was locked but a couple walked into our unit. This was disturbing throughout the visit, as you cannot be completely sure the door was locked while inside the unit. Considering cleanliness, bring your bedding. Thankfully, I did because we found hair on the comforter.

Beautiful place!

The location and view were absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it wasn't very clean. Noticeable cobwebs and dust on most fixtures, super dirty baseboards, candy wrappers (trash) beside the bed and under nightstand. I loved the views it just felt like the house cleaners were not doing a good job. Overall worth it.

Ring your own broom, garbage bags, toilet paper.

There is nothing In the unit. No broom. No vacuum. Nothing.no salt or pepper. Nothing. Also they charged me a check in fee? It’s a nice location and unit overall. Transparency is not great

AWESOME!!

Definitely recommend this to just a couple to go and stay for the week!! Awesome view and really really convenient! Not very far at all from Pier Park and a bunch of different restaurants!
