Welcome to the most stunning beach views on the the sand! Bring your binoculars for an outstanding front row seat of all the sea creatures, that are swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. This end unit Tidewater condo offers exceptional setting for a perfect beach getaway. It is just a short walk to Pier Park and some of the best shops and restaurants! Top to bottom windows create the absolute scenery for any vacation. Enjoy a morning beverage on the gorgeous balcony hearing the gulf breeze in one of the most desirable complexes on the PCB.
The condo has a king bed in the master and a twin plus trundle. The living room has a sleeper sofa couch. Ideal for extended family of 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for a home made meal.
The condo comes with 2 parking spots.

NOTE: $35 + tax(preregister online before arrival via link) or $45 + tax(late registration upon arrival) per stay due at the property for parking passes and wrist bands for amenities (regardless of number of people or number of vehicles and length of stay)

The Tidewater complex offers a 900,000 square foot of absolute heaven on earth, some of the nearby spots for dining, shopping, entertainment for the kiddos, so they never get bored. This is a great corner side condo with incredible views from the 18th floor. It’s perfect for a family with 2 small children. The resort offers so many amenities.

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay for spring break. We were worried about the elevators being on the 18th floor but we had no issues on waiting for a elevator our entire stay. Beautiful views and walking distance to tons of places to eat. we would stay here again if we ever visit PCB.

Great condo

Great condo to stay at we saw dolphins and a big stingray from our balcony. The only difficulties was opening the balcony door, we had to use both hands to open and close it. They did work on the elevators so people wasn’t waiting so long for them. This was a very clean and nice Condo for 2 people to stay on vacation.

AWESOME!!

Definitely recommend this to just a couple to go and stay for the week!! Awesome view and really really convenient! Not very far at all from Pier Park and a bunch of different restaurants!

Beautiful Beach!!

We loved our stay here ! The condo was great and the host was speedy with responses to questions. The elevator wait time put a damper on things as well as the luggage cart checkout . Overall it was a great time .

Great Location

Even for a side unit we had an amazing view of the Gulf. Could have walked to shopping center. I would highly recommend.

The room was cleaned could've had less bulky furniture to make it larger in there. The bedroom bed was very uneven but mattress was comfortable. Very nice view.

Wonderful stay

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was exactly as it is listed. The views from the living room and balcony were very beautiful! The condo was a great location. Communication with the owner was impressive! She always answered my questions in a timely manner. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

best vacation experience to date!

We are a family of six, the condo was a perfect fit for us. The kids loved the option of two different pools to choose from outside, the view was AMAZING from the balcony and access to the beach was perfect. The kids also enjoyed the arcade, and it was nice to have the option of the indoor swimming pool when it started to rain. The host was very attentive with any questions I had prior to our stay. The washer and dryer are stackable so the loads are small, but it was fine for what we need. All of the beds are very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful place!

The location and view were absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it wasn't very clean. Noticeable cobwebs and dust on most fixtures, super dirty baseboards, candy wrappers (trash) beside the bed and under nightstand. I loved the views it just felt like the house cleaners were not doing a good job. Overall worth it.

CLEAN PLACE WITH A WONDERFUL VIEW!

You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo. Great location and very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that my children were not able to use the top bunk bed because there was no upper railing to prevent them from falling. My son did have to sleep on the pull out couch which was not the most comfortable but we kept a positive attitude and enjoyed the very nice condo that was perfect for our vacation! Thanks for having us!

Exactly What We Wanted

The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. The fitness center is decent, you should find most of what you need, Pier Park is walking distance away, perfect to walk off a meal on the beach. It’s an older unit but it was perfect for what we needed. Definitely not an issue. The host was excellent, we wanted to extend our stay an extra night and it was done quickly with no problem. We will be re visiting this unit!

Filthy but fun!

We had a great visit. The condo is nice, but you can tell its been a long season. The floors didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. We had to go and get cleaner before we could get settled in good. Over-all we had a great stay. We were just disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. I would recommend the property management do a ramdom inspection on their cleaning crew.
