Surrounded by the hills of Canandaigua, this spacious Finger Lakes home offers a private hot tub, open-concept living, and convenient access to Bristol Mountain, Canandaigua Lake, wineries, hiking, and downtown dining. Four bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping room provide flexibility for families and groups, while cathedral ceilings and large windows bring natural light and countryside views into the main living area.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and island seating for three. The adjacent dining table seats eight, and the living room includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming.

The home has two full bathrooms. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the primary ensuite features a walk-in shower. Hairdryers are provided, but guests should bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other personal toiletries.



Outside, the spacious deck includes a private hot tub, countryside views, and outdoor dining for six. The driveway accommodates four or more vehicles.

Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are available locally through Canandaigua Sailboard. Boat rentals are available through German Brothers Marina and Smith Boys Marina. A personal vehicle is recommended because rideshare availability may vary.



Guest access:



Guests may use the entire home and property except for the locked cleaner’s closet and basement.



Pet policy:



Up to two dogs are permitted with a $75 fee per pet. Approval is required for additional dogs. Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to comply may result in a $100 additional fee.



Complimentary starter supplies include one towel and pillow per guest, bed linens, K-cups, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, a sponge, dish soap, and hand soap.



Important information:



* The home uses well water, which may have a sulfur odor. Guests may drink it at their own discretion.

* The entry code is provided 24 hours before arrival. Press the checkmark button after entering the code.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

* Before departure, secure the home, start the dishwasher, set the air conditioning to 68°F in summer, or set the heat to 60°F in winter.

* Parties, events, and unregistered guests are prohibited.

* Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance. There are no cameras inside.
