Just outside of the kitchen and dining room on the deck is an additional covered dining area that seats 6, perfect for leisurely dolphin-watching breakfasts or picturesque al fresco dinners!

Surfside Paradise features 2 beautifully decorated, and separated, king en-suites off the main living area, each with their own deck access and views! There’s also a cozy double-bunk room that sleeps 4 which has its own full bathroom.

There are two decks, the first is just off the kitchen with a patio table that seats 6. It wraps around the house to provide 8 Adirondack chairs with amazing views of the Gulf - and a 7 person hot tub. Both master suites have a door to the deck.

Step down a level to an additional charming deck with classic ocean-liner lounge chairs and a huge cooler. This is where you can settle in and enjoy your morning coffee with a view, or take in a show with a glass of wine as dolphins swim by and Blue Angels soar overhead! From here the boardwalk leads right to the edge of the beautiful Gulf Coast ‘spun sugar’ white sand, known as some of the ‘softest, whitest sand on the planet!’ This is the kind of beach where memories are made!

Just a note: everything you need for the perfect beach day is provided, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, cornhole – and more! The bonus is only steps away you have your own hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower, and also a convenient lower level picnic/grill area!

Although you won’t actually want to leave your private beach, this wonderful area has been a beloved vacation destination for decades and is truly the best of both worlds! Further east at the Flora-Bama border are all kinds of restaurants, bars (oyster and regular!) and fun coastal activities. Hushpuppies and Bushwhackers await!

The Fort Morgan side is known for its history, its tranquil beaches and nature conservancy. The baby turtle hatching season here is a special community event! Minutes away from the property, Sea turtles and migratory birds thrive among the coastal habitats of Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Gulf State Park has its own nature trails, e-bikes and a pier - plus a golf course and a zip line over the dunes. And, at the tip of the peninsula, historic 19th-century Fort Morgan still guards Mobile Bay.
