House Guidelines & Guest Suitability
Our villa—and all of our properties—are designed for family-oriented guests and groups seeking a peaceful, relaxing stay.
This home is not suitable for parties or high-noise gatherings. Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted. The resort enforces a strict noise ordinance beginning at 10:00 PM, which must be respected at all times.
No events are allowed. Small, low-key gatherings may be considered only with prior approval and full disclosure to the host.
Out of respect for our neighbors and community, any violation of these guidelines—including noise disturbances or illegal activities—may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund for any unused nights.
Our goal is to provide a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
We do our best to be fair and accommodating, while also respecting the commitments of property owners who rely on rental income. Below are our cancellation guidelines for unforeseen Events:


60 days or more before arrival: 25% penalty. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future stay in the same property, valid for 9 months.

21–44 days before arrival: 30% penalty. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future stay, valid for 9 months.

15–20 days before arrival: 35% penalty. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future stay, valid for 9 months.

7–14 days before arrival: 40% penalty. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future stay, valid for 9 months.

2–6 days before arrival: 50% penalty. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future stay, valid for 9 months.

1 Day before arrival or no-show: 100% penalty. No credit will be provided.

Government State Of Emergencies:

In the event of circumstances beyond the guest’s control — such as hurricanes or official state emergencies — we will issue a full credit for a future stay without penalty. Credits may be extended for up to 12 months to allow rebooking.
