Welcome to our charming property located just minutes away from downtown State College and Penn State University! Our cozy house offers the perfect retreat for your next getaway, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed living space that's perfect for relaxing after a long day. The living room features stylish seating and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, making it easy to unwind with your favorite shows or movies. The dining area offers plenty of space for enjoying meals together, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you need to whip up your favorite recipes.

The house has four bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms on this floor each have queen-size beds and share a second full bathroom. The fourth bedroom, in the finished basement, features a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a lovely backyard area with a patio and grill, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pennsylvania weather and with easy access to downtown State College and Penn State University, you'll be able to explore all the best that the area has to offer.

This property is one I highly recommend. Garrett is an excellent and welcoming host and provides an exceptionally clean home. The house and grounds are well-maintained. I’m a picky person and I was amazed at the condition of the property. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has all you need for your stay. There’s plenty of on-site parking too. If our travels lead us back to State College, we will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice house! Extremely clean, pleasant, and a bit more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The owner went out of his way to make sure and wash not only the sheets and basic linens, but quite a few of the extras in unscented detergent to accommodate my allergies and it was much appreciated. We had everything we needed and appreciated the extra supplies.

Perfect fit

We came up for Blue White weekend, family group. House was a perfect fit, a nice place to relax the evening before, and before/after the game. Comfortable living room. Nice master suite. Small bit comfortable bedrooms. Roomy downstairs - nice space if your group needs/wants separate areas to gather. House is well equipped. As advertised. Nice outdoor space as well.

PSU Parents Weekend

This propery was immaculate and cozy for our parents weekend. I was able to work in the master bedroom where they have a desk and a monitor. Looking forward to coming back prior to my daughter graduates in 2026!!!

Fantastic Property!

My family stayed at this lovely house for a week in early March 2025 when we were in town visiting family. The house appears brand new and is in great shape. The kitchen is well-appointed and there is plenty of seating if you have guests over. We have four children and there was plenty of room for them to spread out, whether that be out back or downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a very short drive to Starbucks, Wegmans, and many good restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we go back to visit family.

Property Review

The property was perfect. My family stayed the weekend for a PSU football game and there was plenty to do in the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Garrett and his property highly enough.

Perfect Home Base for PSU Move In!

Our family enjoyed staying at Garrett’s home when we dropped off our daughter at Penn State. The house is immaculate, well stocked and well situated. The location is a short drive to campus and central to any last minute shopping needs. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to a return visit soon!

Had a very nice stay. House is very comfortable and very new and clean. Everything is well equipped and they have all the kitchen and other necessities for the stay. Very close to Penn State. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Meticulous & Memorable

We have been to PSU several times to visit our daughter and this is hands-down the nicest property we have rented in SC! It is so organized and clean that we felt like we were the first ones ever staying in it! There is plenty of room to spread out - we cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen and had a great game night in the lowest level with it's big screen tv & comfortable reclining couches. A full bath and bedroom are also on this level. Beds and baths on the main level were extremely comfortable/plenty of extra towels. Even though it was a bit chilly during our stay, coffee was enjoyed on the back deck while watching all the birds. You feel very secluded, as there is no property directly behind and far enough away from nearby neighbors. Access to house couldn't have been smoother and owners leave the best detailed house book! Already looking at when we can return!

In Late 2022, we stumbled on a new construction home from a local builder on North Atherton that was too perfect to pass up.

Sharing our home is more than just a business. It's about creating a community and giving others the chance to fall in love with Penn State and the surrounding area, just like we did. We hope to continue welcoming guests for years to come and making our vacation property a place where memories are made.
