Great house and location! We were in the area for a weekend baseball tournament and this was a perfect fit for us. Home was spotless and very clear instructions made check in a breeze.

Quiet Neighborhood

We were there for basketball tournament and the house was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood close to grocery store and restaurants and easy to get back on interstate to get to the gym. Would stay again.

Great weekend w/family

The property was clean and cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and diverse. Easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. There's a Kroger minutes away, which was super convenient. Great place and Don was attentive (not pestt, though)!

Baseball tourney stay

Stayed for a baseball tournament at Lake Point. House was good for the stay. Relatively close to the fields and it’s always nice to have the space, kitchen to cook and washer/dryer.

Adorable place

Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to leave within minutes of our arrival. I reached out to Ron and explained. He was amazing. He took care of everything and cancelled our stay. The house is adorable and spacious. I would have loved to have stayed. Maybe another time. Thank you, Ron.

Quiet neighborhood but needs TLC

Choosing the 3 stars because it says that means "OK" however, if there was a 3.5 option that's what I would choose. It is an older run down home in a cul de sac. The neighbors were quiet but the house next door had a lot of debris in the driveway that never moved. The location was near a Kroger and restaurants which was helpful. The garage has two game tables. The home itself is in need of quite a bit of work. The key pad worked only twice in 5 days but thankfully Don provided a key. He was responsive and pretty quick so that was appreciated. The home is very dusty and dirty though. All the doors had dark gray edges, dusty baseboards, and the kitchen cabinets had food drips. I wiped a few to see if they were stained but got some of it up so it's apparent they have not been touched in a while. I use a CPAP at night and put a fresh filter in when we arrived. After our 4 night stay the filter was dark gray which explained why all of us were having sinus issues during our stay. There were multiple oil plugins going and scented detergent and soap so it is not ideal for allergy sensitives. It is very sparsely stocked, hand soap in the bathrooms but none in the kitchen. No cookie sheet or oven pan for baking but there was a set of pots as well as a set of knives. The back outdoor area has seating and we never heard the neighbors in the evening outside. Upstairs has just one room with a desk which is nice if you want to work. Wifi worked well and both TVs were big and worked great.

Thank you for providing these feedback. Neighbors transitioning between houses is natural. The house you refer was vacant at the time and undergoing renovation. I troubleshoot the smart lock and was unable to reproduce this issue you were having. I am sorry this did not meet your expectations. We do have another property on 2 acres with 100 percent privacy & seclusion that I believe would have better off fit your needs. I will highly encourage inquiring on your next visit. Thanks again.
