We had a great time this duplex over Thanksgiving. It met all of our needs and it was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay!

Well stocked kitchen, cozy beds and lots of space in this comfy home. Quite neighborhood where we felt very safe. The host was friendly and responsive. Games and snacks and a variety of coffees were available and made the stay extra nice. We would stay again

Property manager was quick to respond and house was exactly as it appeared online. Location was nice with plenty of things close by.

Nice place for a family stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All the little extras made the stay seamless. Loved the outdoor furniture and the big shade tree. Jay was great to work with and we would rent from him again if we needed a place.

We loved out stay - we were in town for a Crossfit competition. We needed comfy beds, a quiet neighborhood, a kitchen plus relaxation. It was perfect!

Great property and great host!

This gem is just a few minutes from downtown Appleton and was perfect for a girls trip! Plenty of room to hang out together and then privacy for sleeping! The host is great with communication and was super responsive to any questions. This was our second time at the property and we hope to be back again!

Lots of nice extra amenities!

Stay a weekend for a basketball tournament. Was a nice quiet neighborhood to sit out back and enjoy the patio area. Very clean and well stocked with lots of extras!!

We enjoyed our week stay at this wonderful home. From the snacks, decore, comfy beds, and every little detail you could think of, this house was perfect. Location is great for everything and even though it is close to 441, it was quiet (as quiet as you can get over the 4th of July holiday ). Highly recommend and if we're back in Appleton as a family we would definitely stay here again. We had no issues, so we can't comment on that, but no issues is the best! Check in and out was easy with just the normal emptying of garbage and removing of linens and towels. Thank you!

Nice home

This home is spacious with 3 levels for the kids to not be on top of each other. The patio in back and grill is nice add to the stay. Loved location and ease of check in and check out. Communication with property owner was great as well. Highly recomend

Short drive from downtown, clean, updated, will be back!

Four friends in Appleton for a weekend of music. Jay was a great communicator and answered all questions we had - made it super easy to access the property and bring just what we needed. This is one side of a duplex with a nice outdoor area to enjoy as well. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, updated, even included labels to find things easier. Great host and great property - we plan to come back again!

Pleasantly surprised by entire duplex ! Quiet street, pretty home, all new inside. Very generous host regarding snacks, coffe, tea and condiments. Host Jay quickly responds, very easy to check in/ out, felt very safe there. Definitely will return!

Best VRBO in Appleton!

My family stayed in Appleton for my sisters wedding. We ranged from ages 12-90! This was a VERY accommodating stay! The owner is VERY responsive. The rental was spotless, TONS of towels and linens available, stocked with snacks and coffee, even Q-tips and disposable toothbrushes (what?!) and all supplies we could’ve ever needed. If I ever need to be in Appleton again I will definitely rent this VRBO, no hesitation. OUTSTANDING!!

Everything about this place was as advertised. Amenities in the kitchen were great with cooking needs, coffee and spices. The house was clean and comfortable. The weather was not cooperative to enjoy the backyard but it was a space that would have been nice to use. Only one shower, but we had six people go through it over two hours and the last had as much hot water as the first. A great stay, would not hesitate to return if I was in the area again.
