Great location and host

Location was perfect, very close to WDW and other local attractions. The host was very accommodating and very quick with replies to any questions or concerns. Our group enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Exceeded expectations

This was one of our best stays in the Orlando area and we've been coming here for the last 7 years. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we were looking for. The host and management were super responsive right away for any needs and requests that we had and were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Would definitely work with the hosts again and come back.

It was a disappointing trip

Pool was not usable the first day. I spent most of the day trying to get the pool serviced for our second day. We were only there for the weekend. The stove top was cracked. The carpet was dirty. No compensation was offered for the day we could use the pool! The house was very spacious. Plenty of space for our group. Parking was good as well.

Great Place To Stay

Home was just like the pictures. We were able to view the home before our vacation. I advised them of a few things that needed improvements. I was told they would be taken care of before we came on our vacation... and they were! Any issues that happened, I was able to text the host and he responded within a timely manner. Definitely planning to stay again.

Best host!!!

Im really picky when it comes to houses I usually come down to Florida when I want to see family or special occasions and this house was amazing!!! There were some stains in the rugs but didn’t really mind the rest of the house was nice and clean! I HIGHLY recommend coming here and the host is SO SO SO cooperative definitely give this house a try and it’s in the best spot for tourist ;)

House need some love and care

The house has lots of wear and tear and the pictures don’t show it . So you think you’re going to a decent house but you see wholes on the wall and walls dirty

Family Outing

Buyer beware! The first evening was a nightmare - pool was dirty, had a water leak in the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathroom - which we had to close off and not use, and finally the sliding glass door didn't lock. Property management was notified. And lastly, the supplies were limited as though staying in a hotel. Overall, we completed our stay because it was convenient for our Disney visit and in a good neighborhood.

Great location terrible condition

BEWARE 1. Pool not working, dirty and algae. 2. Patio door broken- does not lock. 3. Carpets very dirty - big stains. 4. Dining room chair shedding white material- sticks to clothing. 5. Property owner/manager is non responsive House is in great location and looks nice from outside but is due for major Reno.

Would Not Rent Again

I booked this property for our stay during my daughter’s graduation from UCF. Check in time is 4pm at this property. We drove up from Pensacola and arrived a little after 4pm to find the housekeeper just getting started on cleaning the property from the prior guest. I called the office and spoke with a woman representative who suggested we go for coffee and come back. When we were able to get into the house it was a mess! I wish I could upload the photos I took. I imagine the housekeeper had to rush through cleaning it; however, check in time clearly states 4pm and we could not get into the property until 5pm. Now, that’s one hour later than their policy. Mind you, if I wanted to check in early or checkout late there is a $75.00 fee for that, but there was no offer of a $75.00 refund to me for late check in due to their issues. The house was uninhabitable and they did switch us to another house. I had paid for pool heating for four days but the pool was not heated at the new house until day 2, and no credit was offered for not having the pool heated for day 1. I paid $90.00 for a grill, but the grill didn’t arrive until a day later and we had already changed our plans and even though I asked for a credit since we didn’t use the grill, I have not seen a credit. All I expect is to enjoy the amenities I paid for and if they could not provide them, then refund the difference. Communication was great until there was a problem and then it stopped. Will not rent from them again.
