When my Husband & I outgrew our condo & searched for a spacious private space thats location was convenient and safe, we only looked at two properties before deciding.

We moved in & we immediately started working on putting our modern style on the new construction like an open canvas. Our friends & family couldn't believe the awesome basement space, we transformed into a fully functioning gym or the massive yard that is unheard of to see for a property in Chicago.
