The first floor bedroom offers a full sized bed to relax and settle into while you watch your favorite show on the mounted tv.

The house was perfect for our family to stay for our son's wedding. Plenty of bed/bath space for everyone to get ready. Parking for 2 cars in the back fenced yard. Neighborhood was quiet. Family area a little small to have a meal together in... but we made it work. Kitchen space was handy... we brought charcol and grill utensils for the grill outside.

It is a nice space close to many attractions. I does need finishing work and a garage door opener so you do not have to open and close from inside the garage then walk back through the house and around back to get your car....or just leave it open

We had a great stay. The property easily accommodated our family during our trip. However, the property could have been cleaner. We didn’t walk around without socks/shoes in the home because there was dust/ a film on the floor that would turn you feet/socks black. We also cleaned the banister to the stairs because it was covered in black dust as well as the ceiling fans. We didn’t have enough washcloths provided for each person in our party and the furniture is very minimal so there isn’t a place to put your belongings without setting them on the floor so your pretty limited to living out of your suitcase. All in all our stay was great. It was a good location convenient to all the activities we did. The beds were comfy and the private covered parking area was a big plus. I would stay here again but there is some remodeling/ fixing up that needs to be finished.

Nice location and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Looks newly renovated. Still needs a little paint in some places and needs door stops.

The place was clean and beautiful done, but the door was left open by the cleaning person (s) which made us a little nervous, but the host clear that up asap...i had problem with my code once,but it was fix asap...other then that we enjoy the comfort of the place and those beds was so comfortable, will definitely stay here again.Karen

Great vacation!

This was our first trip to St. Louis, and our first family vacation in over 10 years. The house was a perfect fit for us, as our "children" are now adults as well. The gathering area was nice, bedrooms were nice and private, and the extra bathrooms were a godsend, since it was so hot this week! And thank God for the AC!! Before we left home, I had a few questions, being new to VRBO, and the owners always answered quickly, which made the whole process not only easy, but comfortable. The location of the house was perfect, as it took maybe 10 minutes to get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The extra little touches (towels, visiting guides, fancy soaps and other amenities), made it an enjoyable stay throughout the week. This was our first VRBO stay, but certainly won't be our last. Highly recommend this place!

Family and Friends Vacation.

Everything was great. It was a little small for eight people but it worked out. The location is close to most attractions. Its not in the nicest neighborhood but its not too bad.

Alright but could use some finishing

Overall the place was pretty nice and really great to have that many bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the place is not completely finished construction-wise, with unfinished door frames etc. I would also suggest that they do a deep clean, there were a lot of dust bunnies around the floors/under furniture and on the ceiling fans etc. It suited our needs but those things could help.

Quick trip

We came down for Dirt in the Dome / Dirt in December. It was a great location for our weekend plans!! Excellent communication! Our door had a low battery alert and when message was sent it -Felix was there within 10 mins to replace batteries! I’ve stayed in multiple VRBOs and this was the first place with snacks and water! Cute little touch!! Will definitely stay again should we come back for more dirt racing!!! Thank you!

Phish trip!

The property is a flip so there are some rough edges (literally and figuratively) but I found it to be comfortable and clean and very accurate to the listing. Location is perfect for SLU activities and close to the interstate. Safe quiet neighborhood (we walked home from Chaifetz at midnight with no one around ) the contact was on top of stuff and responsive- always a plus and for 4 beds this is a great value! I would love some dressers and hand towels but in the grand scheme of things those are small and in no way would stop me from renting again. Oh! And the AC was super cold! We had a 98° day with like 80% humidity and it was still running like a champ.

Sisters escape trip

We loved the property. The stairs were kinda challenging since we were all over 55. Any issues we had the host responded to and did what they could to rectify the situation. Having the secure parking area was definitely a plus. Even though it rained and we couldn't take advantage of the back patio area it was very nice.

Nice Stay

This is a nice property but some ways to improve the stay. Please have hand towels in bathrooms instead of just wash cloths and shower towels. The bedding did not seem clean especially the comforters. The area rugs in bathrooms were not clean. Is the remodel done? Closet doors were not attached, etc Area seemed questionable. Cute concept of the inside.
