The rental worked out well for us and our dog. Quiet building with easy parking. We weren’t cooking so the kitchen amenities were fine. Gil was a great host with great communication. Made coming and going for a family wedding 20 minutes away convenient.

A great stay

Overall, we had a great stay here. The owner was very responsive when I had some questions while checking in. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for us. It was the perfect location for my wedding weekend!

Excellent Stay!

This apartment is exactly like the pictures, if not better! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Check in and out was easy. We went to Boston and Salem and this was the perfect spot for us to stay in between! We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this unit to attend a weekend wedding in Nirth Andover. The rehersal venue was 3 minute drive from the apartment, and the wedding was an 8 minute drive. So centrally located to everything. We even ventured into the beautiful town of North Andover and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. The unit is 5 -star, modern, clean, roomy and filled with every extra amenity you could think of. Really a comfortable space to relax and enjoy yourself. Thank you Gil for hosting us at your beautiful condo!

We stayed for 4 nights at the second level. Humid scent at the rear door that have access to the laundry which is at the besement. Electrical and plumbing issues arises while stay. No water heated second night. The heating doesn't work.

Great sunny apartment!

We really enjoyed the apartment and it was very nicely decorated and very clean. Loved how sunny it was in the afternoon as well. There were light snacks the owner left for us and there was ground coffee and some basic spices - salt, pepper, olive oil and seasoning. If you are sensitive to noise, the house is very close to 495 and you can see the traffic from the house. But every room has an airconditioner and has a high speed fan option to help minimize the noise, especially when sleeping. We did hear a train horn on a regular basis as well. But don't let this discourage you from staying here. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and would stay here again.
