If you want better open views, continue out onto the deck where pictures can't quite capture the beauty that awaits. Here you can breathe in that fresh mountain air and feel the sun as you have a meal at our outdoor dinner table. After dinner drinks can be had in our brand new 4 person hot tub.

A newly renovated master bedroom has a king bed and new 65" smart TV. Also enjoy a large tub in the attached master bathroom or a separate shower. You also have direct access to the outdoor sunroom from this space.

The secondary bedroom, which is also on the main level, boasts a king bed and new 65" smart TV. Enjoy back deck access directly from this room as well.

The has one large bedroom in the basement with 2 twin over full bunk beds. Center area has a card table and two recliners with TV.

Bottom floor back deck is screened in, has mountain views, and has swing for relaxing.
There is a small step up to the front porch / front door. There are 2 cameras at the front of the home.
**MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25**

You will be asked to sign a separate lease with the owner. This is fairly standard and required for this property. If you request to book it is assumed you are willing to do this, and the cancellation policy will be upheld.

Early check-in can be accommodated if the property is available for $75 once requested.

In the instance when a reservation request ends on a holiday, the cleaning fee will be doubled to $400. This is simply what my cleaner charges me to work on a holiday. VRBO currently does not have a fix for this so, they have asked me to notate here. Your requested booking will not reflect the increased cleaning fee. I will add it through communication with you prior to booking being accepted. Sorry for the inconvenience and VRBO assures me they are working towards a better solution. There is a $200 fine for late checkout. We run tight turns on the property and cannot risk the property not being available for the next guest.
