******The price listed is for the entire main floor ******. It consists of: a Queen bedroom, a secondary bedroom that has 4-Queen beds that are bunked, a full bathroom, & a large open fully equipped kitchen/living/dining room. There is space to seat 16 comfortably at the table & counter.
********If additional sleeping space is needed, the 4 upstairs suites (each consisting of their own bathroom with a varied number of beds per room 2-5/suite) can be added for $200/nite each. Call me for details 507 269 6470
Our place accommodates lots of people with it's: 17 Queen Beds, 2 Full Beds, and 2 Kings
Suites are upstairs and quiet. Main Floor has in floor heat.
Lots of things to do in the area: Trout fishing in nearby streams or Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Panfish etc. in LaCrosse 23 miles away.
Watch the deer, turkeys, eagles, and coyotes as well as other wildlife meander out of the woods.
Hike at the Beaver Creek State Park.
We are close to a massive bike trail system that is paved and maintained from Houston to Lanesboro and soon to LaCrosse. While biking don't miss the pie shop in Whalen or the Old Barn for lunch to recharge!
Kayak/Canoe/Tube the Root River.

Amazing place to stay
We did a work retreat here. We had 30 people and everyone fit comfortably. We had so much fun with the outdoor games. Shelly was the best host. We would definitely book again!

Top-notch communication. Property was the ideal fit for our family gathering of multiple families with space to be together and space to take breaks from the larger group. Beautiful part of southern Minnesota.

Excellent Property with sufficient beds for a large group
We were friends from 8 families, a total of 25 Adults who came to enjoy a memorial weekend get away to spend time and enjoy together. We really enjoyed the excellent property that could accommodate all of us. The host was great and answered any questions we had promptly. We are already discussing our next trip to this property.

Home and property are gorgeous. Felt so comfortable in the home from cooking in kitchen, relaxing watching TV, and turning in for a good nights. Total comfort! And the land surrounding the property WOW! We loved our stay.

Family reunion
If you are looking for a property to hold a large amount of people, this place is perfect!! The owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating and communicated great! We had a family gathering to celebrate a 90th birthday. We had an amazing time. Thank you!!

We were there from 1,000 miles south, east, and west for a wedding. We were the family and friends of the groom. Our stay was lovely, just perfect. The owner was so helpful. She made sure to have everything we needed plus more. We had 21 people there with room to spare.

Had a blast
The house has 4 suites in the upper level which was able to accommodate our big group. The whole weekend was raining on and off, but our family really enjoyed our stay. We kept busy with cornhole, entertainment inside, hammer and nail game. Very beautiful scenery by the camp fire. The host is super responsive and friendly.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
Not even sure where to start. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The house is super spacious and very very clean. The view of the property is breath taking. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Minnesota. This rental and host deserve more than 5 stars!! Thank you Mrs. Shelly for making our trip a fun and memorable one!!
