Summary:

Escape to North Palm Beach! This waterfront house offers the perfect setting for family gatherings and small events. Enjoy direct ICW and Palm Beach Inlet access from this beautifully landscaped property. With an open concept layout, it comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Relax and unwind with amenities and multiple TVs.



The Space:

The home features an open concept floor plan that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests.



The primary suite has gorgeous pool views, 65" TV and king bed. Walk through the attached office to the large en-suite bathroom and enjoy a soak in the free-standing tub separate from the walk in shower. The double vanity will provide all the space you need to get ready for a night on the town.



Guest room 1 features a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. Also has Smart TV.



Guest room 2 also features a queenl sized bed and a spacious closet.



Located between the two guest rooms is a full sized bathroom with a double vanity.



The large kitchen features two islands, one with bar seating. Three sinks, two dishwashers, a large sub-zero fridge and a gorgeous Viking gas range provides the perfect setting for hosting a dinner party or small event.



A spacious bonus room is perfect for a movie night on the 75" flat screen or a spot for the kids to play and has 2 additional double beds!



The guest house, located to the right of the front entrance, contains a King bed, 65" TV, half bathroom and comfortable seating area situated under vaulted ceilings. The guest house also has a futon to sleep 2 additional guests.

Guests have full access to the large swimming pool and dock located on the ICW.

Free wi-fi and full access to high-end appliances (sub-zero fridge, Viking gas range, double oven, wet bar & coffee maker).

Water lovers can enjoy the marina and kayak launch, offering opportunities for aquatic adventures. And for the little ones, there's a playground to keep them entertained. Everything you need for a fun-filled stay is right at your doorstep!

The large U-shaped driveway comfortably allows up to six parked cars.



Enjoy a bike ride down Anchorage Drive and visit the park next door for a fun game of tennis.

Lakeside Park Beach is only .75 miles from the house! Enjoy swimming and basking in the sun from the picturesque beach on the intracoastal waterway!

Absolute paradise from the water to street side. The management and logistics were by far the easiest and most thorough I've delt with in travel. So many amenities and options not listed on the posting made it even better than expected. The entire layout and location of the property was perfect for convenience comfort and enjoyment!

Beautiful property

The home was lovely. Back yard, including large heated pool & boat dock, was the best part of the home! It was located close to grocery & restaurants. Beautiful beaches were 10-15 minutes away, from Jupiter to Singer Island. Communication with the host was wonderful…very responsive.

A excellent weekend getaway

This location, view and property was a 10/10. Not only was the house beautiful , but the layout was unbeatable with everything you may need at your disposal. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, the deck and pool were relaxing and the house was spotless. Great communication and accommodations from the hosts. Hosted a small gathering with family and everyone was raving about how beautiful the house was. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone in the area looking.

We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious and the backyard was amazing. The pool and the dock were the highlights for us. The only issue we had were the light switches, we had a tough time turning the lights off as they seem to be part of an outdated “smart home” system. The lights randomly turned on in the master bedroom twice in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Excellent house and grounds, would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and friendly. We even chartered the boat at the house for our work team to ride to dinner in Jupiter. The house is set up perfectly for a family or group. Excellent stay, thank you!

Easter in Palm Beach

We had a great stay for Easter. Plenty of room for all the family to get together, relax, and enjoy a good meal. The kitchen was large and well equipped making food prep easy. The adjoining wet bar area was perfect for mixing up some cocktails. The projector and movie screen was a big hit with the kids. Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Really great home! Jordan the property manager was very easy to speak with and went out of his way to meet with us several times. He had great communication with any questions we had. My kids did not get out of the pool and my husband caught a whole bunch of fish off the dock at night. A really really big snapper we suggest using calamari as bait. The house is beautiful, super spacious, roomy and comfortable beds. We would definitely come back again!

One of my favorite aspects of this listing was the extra-large floor plan and the open areas inside the house. The interior was extremely clean, and the location is phenomenal, situated in a very quiet family neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and a huge, beautiful park right next door.I rated it four stars for accuracy because there was a lot of promotion regarding a huge projector and surround sound, along with signage around the house about an iPad that controls it. However, when I contacted the management company, they informed me that they are no longer using the projector or surround sound and have instead mounted a TV. I believe this information should be updated in the listing, as it caused some confusion upon our arrival.Additionally, while the house cooled off nicely for summer in Florida, I noticed that two of the bedrooms were about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. We ended up staying in other rooms because those two would have been too warm for us at night in the summer heat.Overall, the interior of the property was very clean, showing only some normal wear and tear, while the exterior could benefit from a little pressure cleaning and trash pickup. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time at this rental, and I believe it could easily be improved to earn a five-star rating.
