The large great room with dramatic open ceiling offers relaxed living, dining, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Large sliding doors on either side connect you with the outdoors. The covered porch with comfortable seating allows you to walk out to the beautiful heated pool. There is plenty of seating at a teak table for alfresco dining with both built-in gas and charcoal grills.
Inside is a cozy library so you can sit and take a Zoom call or quiet reading. It leads to the primary suite with king bed offering a view of the pond, walk-in closet, and large bath with large walk-in shower or step outside to the private enclosed outdoor shower.
On the opposite end of the great room, there's a full laundry, pantry, a queen bedroom with ensuite bath and the 3rd bedroom with 3 twin beds and full bath.
An interim weekly cleanings will be required for booking 14 nights or longer to be paid by the traveler.
Walking access down to Watcha Pond, where you can row out to the barrier beach running along the Atlantic.
Pool is heated to 81F in July & August included in the rate. Other months will incur an additional fee to heat the pool.
The 1st & 4th week of August includes 1 bedroom/bath guest house with great room, kitchen & fully equipped @ $26,000.
The guest house is offered at an additional fee $2,000. weekly in May-June 21 & Sept.2-30th.
